“We were staying in Weaverville and went out to breakfast here on a Sunday. Got there at about 9:30 and got a nice booth by the window. Food was the usual fare at an American diner. I got the Spanish omelette with cheddar and a biscuit with gravy instead of toast. I loved how easy it was to customize your meal. My partner got the chicken fried steak and a pancake instead of his toast. The Omelette was perfect, not too big and not dry at all. The gravy for the biscuit was savory and not too peppery, and nice and creamy. The pancake was perfectly toasty and had a nice chew. All in all it was a perfect breakfast and I highly recommend it. Staff was friendly too.”

“Wow i have been going to the aztec and redwood mini mart for the last couple of years and it wasnt to bad of a place but i went there just in the last couple of weeks and i dont know whats changed but the the kitchen was super clean and proffesional and organised i know theyve gotten a couple new employees so im assuming the new head cooks what the difference is keep it up the food was exellent it didnt have the flavor of a dirty grill and old oil ill defenitely be back for more!”
