“This is a great place for craft beer on tap and excellent burgers, sandwiches and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful and the venue is often packed, especially when there is live music. Parking can overflow, but in good weather the outdoor seating is always good.”

“The food was amazing! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, especially for a bar. Not terribly loud while still being the kind of vibe you expect from a bar. The french fries were the best I've had in years, and the BBQ bacon cheeseburger was delicious (and too big to even fit in my mouth!). “I am so grateful this little Trinity gem has opened again! The dishes and sauces are homemade, exclusive, and sophisticated - even when it’s take out. It's really nice to see this level of international quality in Trinity. The Bistro has a nice vegetarian menu which is rare in Trinity The roasted asparagus, onion and tomatoes with special housemade balsamic was to die for! I couldn't stop saying Mmm…mmm…mmm.. But the best part is the warm welcome. When you step thru the door, you feel like family . It’s what people move to Trinity, for??Vegetarian options: Beautiful meal sized salads can be an entrée. “Stopped here on a whim going thru town back from a day of fishing & got the chicken and pork skewers & they were sooooo gooood that I stopped the next day on purpose and somewhat out of my way because I wanted more. The chicken was fantastic but the pork ones were the BOMB!!! Took all they had left (just 3 left because the lady in front got a bunch) so flavorful and tender!!! You won’t regret a quick stop in to grab some (other than I bet you’ll crave them afterwards)….”

“Absolutely a GEM!!! Everything we had was delicious, fresh and made with love. ❤️ We enjoyed the soup of day, Nirvana sandwich, local beers, and the most amazing baked goods (blueberry muffin and chocolate-carmel cookie). I would make a special trip to Weaverville just to eat here again!”

“Sitting right across Weaverville Joss House (雲林廟）, this restaurant is a natural reasonable for lunch after visiting the temple. Great service by the waitress, attentive and accommodating, making us feel like having lunch at home. This place has the welcoming atmosphere. The decoration and furniture makes sitting here like being guests at someone’s else home. We had hot sour soup, perfect for winter time, snow white chicken, good size and flavor for the family to share, and the beef skew, tender inside while crispy outside. Chinese style painting, relief sculpture, lantern, display and artifact offer extra artistic feasts after meal. Will love to dine here again.Parking: The restaurant is sitting by the street. Would recommend use parking lots at Weaverville Joss House State Historic Park.Kid-friendliness: Have high chair and dishes that kids can have together.”

“I've eaten here a few times over the last 10 years or so. Always kind staff. Food is a bit bland. Needs flavor (I don't mean salt) some herbs, garlic etc. Pancakes bland. Margarine is not butter. Other than that. I still come here. :)”

“This place was so delicious and the man who helped me was really sweet. They have plenty of seating for this small town and the pricing was fair. He charged me less than was listed on the menu which I loved of course. I got 2 fish tacos and a horchata. Mouth watering! I wish I hadn't of waited so long but I mistakenly listened to some of the locals who said it was terrible. I later found out those locals are racists so that explains a lot. I ate outside and the view was nothing less than magical. The mountains, the trees, the fog all the incredible backdrop of the towns Holiday grocery store which sits directly across the street. It was just so beautiful and the air was crisp with a breeze. There's a large table and a small table outside and more inside. The door isn't automatic for wheelchair or crutch users but it is easy to open. There's plenty of room inside for wheelchair users though.”

“There was a young man working yesterday Tuesday February 27th that truly went above & beyond! I sure wish I would have gotten his name for this shout-out. We have so much Gratitude!! Tried to place our order outside on app... Wouldn't follow thru...Went inside & had trouble with the order kiosk...He was working alone & still left the drive thru to come & assist me at the kiosk. I learned watching him I was pressing too hard. It only takes a very light touch. Thank you thank you young sir! You deserve this praise & more!”
