Makena is so sweet she is always super helpful, and makes the drinks to perfection. However I went in today and there was an older lady working who was super rude she gave me tons of attitude made me feel unwelcome.

I usually like starbucks but my drinks were very mediocre this time. The Holiday Pecan drink had wayy too much pecan syrup so it tasted like penut concentrate, and my friend's Frappuccino was 90% ice so the drink was bland and also had verh little actual drink in it. ALSO, the staff picked and chose who got to have a holiday cup even though they were supposed to come with every holiday menu drink so that was a bit weird, like they picked whoever they liked more

I love this Starbucks. The staff are friendly, after a few visits they don't even need to ask what I want when I walk in anymore. Service is quick and accurate.

Closes at 6pm on a weekday? Even the grocery store staff has been trying to get them to stay open longer. Unfortunate for both the Holiday Market (they can't serve hot coffee because of Starbucks) and travelers.
