Makena is so sweet she is always super helpful, and makes the drinks to perfection. However I went in today and there was an older lady working who was super rude she gave me tons of attitude made me feel unwelcome.

I usually like starbucks but my drinks were very mediocre this time. The Holiday Pecan drink had wayy too much pecan syrup so it tasted like penut concentrate, and my friend's Frappuccino was 90% ice so the drink was bland and also had verh little actual drink in it. ALSO, the staff picked and chose who got to have a holiday cup even though they were supposed to come with every holiday menu drink so that was a bit weird, like they picked whoever they liked more

I love this Starbucks. The staff are friendly, after a few visits they don't even need to ask what I want when I walk in anymore. Service is quick and accurate.

Starbucks is Starbucks Never been to one that was worse or better than the other and can always get good service and good coffee. Not exactly great coffee, but better than miat places and always a friendly face
Closes at 6pm on a weekday? Even the grocery store staff has been trying to get them to stay open longer. Unfortunate for both the Holiday Market (they can't serve hot coffee because of Starbucks) and travelers.

I AM ABUNDANCE
I asked for an Italian pour over. The cashier said they don't do that. They offered me a dark roast pour over. I asked if that just a blend of dark roast, she didn't know. I said I wanted an Italian pour over. They gave me the blend. Tasted more like the Sumatra. Not bold enough. Had to settle for something I didn't want. Came in next morning and asked for the Italian pour over and the provided it. I might be nit picking, but it seems like they shorted me just a couple ounces. You know when you get a full cup and then a not so full cup. The small things make a big difference. I wouldn't come back to this Starbucks if they had a real Starbucks in the area.
