Amazing food at reasonable prices. Many different brews on tap. Just don't recommend the fish sandwich or fish & chips. It looks and tastes like Gorton's frozen. Also, if you drink diet soda, I would recommend you bring your own because they never have diet soda.

This place is an absolute gem! The quality of the food is incredible. The fries are real potato fries — hearty, flavorful, and not the thin, over-crisped kind that so many places are serving now.

I only eat chicken, so I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I actually ate the entire thing — which never happens — because usually I end up picking through weird pieces or odd textures. This chicken was perfect, start to finish. I got the hot honey on the side, but honestly, it didn’t even need it.

My husband and son ordered burgers, and I’m not sure if it was because we’d been on the river all day or because they were just that good — but my son devoured his in under two minutes without saying a word. Afterwards, he declared it the best burger he’s ever had.

We live in Redding and have plenty of breweries nearby, but honestly, none of them compare to this one. Weaverville, you’re lucky to have it — and we’ll definitely be back.

CONS
*Do not eat here during lunch if you are really hungry or in a hurry (like a lunch hour) unless you call your order in ahead of time. Took over 45 minutes for our food and then we got excuses and attitude from kitchen staff. No apology, no sympathy.
*Fries are either soggy or brown if they're well done. I've adapted, the brown fries don't bother me as much as they used to. But if you like crispy fries, you'll need to order them that way or they're served limp.
*Another customer overheard the way the cook spoke to me and made a point to come to my table to offer understanding and validation. She also told the owner what she overheard.

TIP: A good attitude goes a long way...a little gratitude and empathy when it takes 45 mins for a burger & a pretzel.

I called to place a to-go order today. The special that was offered was a “Bang Bang Chicken Sandwich”. It sounded delightful so I ordered one, picked it up, and came home to unbox one of the most delightful chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. I wish this was a staple item on the menu. I’ve always had good experiences at Trinity County Brewing Company, but this was by far the best sandwich I’ve had. Much love to the chefs and wonderful staff. Thank you.

Loved it so much, we went two days in a row. Has lots of outdoor seating, cool vibe, delicious burger and beer. Staff was super friendly and service was pretty quick.

We have been sitting here for an hour and no food has come out in the entire time. Tables have come and gone and left and we’re still sitting here. What is wrong with this place? Did all the cooks walk out?

Pretty good selections of beers and the staff was super nice while we were there. The food for the most part was one giant grease bomb and was delicious but if you want something lighter, their salads looked pretty great as well. A nice little gem in Trinity county

A must visit when going thru Weaverville. Good burgers + fries. Grilled chicken salad was fresh and their homemade ranch and fry sauce, yum. Daughter really liked the kombucha on tap (non-alcohol).

We came here for my dad’s 65th birthday. I didn’t have anything to drink, but I overheard positive things about the IPA. I had the standard burger (no cheese) and fries. This is the best burger in Weaverville, no question. The presentation was beautiful, it was a very tasty burger and not over seasoned, and the fries had a great flavor and texture! Their special sauce is also really good. If you’re craving a burger, skip Burger King, skip blackjack, and come straight here!

Some of the most phenomenal wings I've had. Both times I've been here the beer was good and staff was friendly 💯. What more do you need?
