I’ve been there many times whenever I’m in town and loved the ice cream and service but what I love even more is the owners responses to negative reviews which are truthful and very entertaining. She will call you out if you are reviewing her store badly for self promotion or Google review points. However, if she or her employees did make a mistake the owner will admit it and apologize. I’m staying at the Weaverville Hotel and will walk over to Crocketts for some delicious sweets and maybe try the chocolate coffee float which reviewers really enjoy. Hopefully, I will see the owner, congratulate her on her successful business, honest responses to reviews, compare notes on being self employed and the trials and tribulations of owning a business. Keep up the good work!

The food was good . The girl making the food was kinda rushing us and came off kinda rude but other then that nice place
I went to buy my kids cotton candy, which they had a big sign posting the price, and then the cashier charged me more telling me the manager just hadn’t changed the price on the sign yet. The cashier seemed uncaring and acted like this was a common practice to charge more at the register. Unfortunately, the manager was not available, so I returned the items. The sign was still up when I went back to return the items.
