Has my son’s 4th birthday party here . The staff was amazingly friendly , and the food was not only colorful but tasty as well . I’d say everything was a 10 out of 10 . The people in the other lanes were friendly and the atmosphere is perfect

Have been here many times in the past. While looking up the phone number I saw terrible reviews and wanted to share a positive experience! We had an issue with the lane and still had a great time! The people working were kind and attentive and the food was great!

We came here for a birthday party for my daughter. About 10 minutes before we were done the owner came up and told us that only one child at a time was allowed on the wooden part. Okay. I tried my best but we had about 6 children that were under 5 years old, and 5 older children so it was a little difficult. They ran around a little bit, but that is something children do when they are all together at a birthday party. They left a few cups around that I made sure I cleaned up. I picked up all the trash and food from the party room. My friend got upset at the way they were coming at us about the kids so she said if they didn't like young children, they should have an age limit. They tried to say the children destroyed the place which was completely untrue. I cleaned up after them. The two year old ran by her at one point and she agressivly grabbed him and restrained him because she didnt want him to run. You dont grab other peoples children ever especially without even saying anything. That is abuse. Then as we were leaving the teenage looking girl that worked the register tried to say they put a hole in the couch. We told her to show me the hole. She literally went over to the couch and pointed to nothing. There was not even a tiny hole. She straight lied about the hole. I told her she shouldn't lie and as I was walking away she called me a B!+ch. So I walked back over to her to tell her she shouldn't talk to people like that and got defensive like I was going to hit her or something, then they said they were going to call the cops. While we were loading up into the car, an old guy in a truck came and stood outside and sat there and watched us leave. This was one of the weirdest craziest encounters I've had to have with a so called "family place" These people have no respect and are only after peoples money. They don't care about your children or family. Only your dollars. I strongly advise people to not give this joke of a place with rude employees and ownership their business. This place needs to be shut down. Karma will serve.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had and I don’t mind frozen pizza. Why do you order food in the same place you pay for bowling? You order then they walk all the way to the other end of the building to get your drinks it’s stupid.

Nice place, could be a great spot- except for the Absolutely Terrible customer service. I reserved three lanes several days in advance for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, the extremely unwelcoming staff refused to store our ice cream (unopened store bought) to keep it cold, saying it would contaminate their food. ? Then, another member of the staff also refused to let our guests pay for their own bowling shoes, insisting that we have it all put on one bill at the end. ? The lanes we were using kept shutting down during our games… And the general attitudes of all but one employee, were incredibly rude. Hope the owners find some better staff ASAP!

Cedar Lanes to the rescue. If the Mt. Shasta crowds are too much, take the short drive north to Weed and Cedar Lanes. Get some good food and maybe bowl a game or two.
