Girl with long blond hair and a pink vest cussed and complained about our order, she was so rude. We waited forever (20 min) because she sat there and just complained and complained and complained. We were on a road trip with 6 hours left to go and little kids that were hungry. I complained and she laughed out loud. Someone needs to handle her.

This McDonald’s looks nearly updated, but it was pretty dirty as no one had swept. When I went back to grab forks and syrup, the team members were joking around about it being someone’s first day, which came across a little careless. Also, the baby changing station in the restroom was leaning, which worried me since it felt unsafe for my little one.

No cars in front of me, or behind me when i got to the drive thru. when i arrived was told to hold 4 seperate times. by the time they helped me I had a 5 cars behind me (7 minutes waiting). The young lady that finally helped was extremely rude. Had an attitude. Horrible customer service. By the time i was helped at the window to pay another 4 minutes went by then i waited an additional 6 minutes to get a happy meal !! That was ridiculous 17 minutes. I usually dont keep track but this was very unusual and after the way the young lady treated me as I ordered, I was baffled. When I opened my daughters happy meal it was missing the toy and the apple slices. This was horrible.

Went in for my 30 min lunch break, even made mobile order before i left work. Waited almost the whole 30 mins just to get my food. It was cold and the order was wrong. They have plenty of workers in there but no coordination. They kept giving people wrong orders pretty much doubling the work load. Get it right the first time and you wont keep 20 other people waiting. Dont expect much out of this place. Unbelievable.

Uncharged for orange juice, we asked about it and asked to change drinks for the 2 orange juices we ordered with our meals, and they changed the drinks for all of the meals and we didn’t get the coffee we ordered. And it took forever to get our food.
Order to fillet a fish meal deal seemed like I was put in the back of the line people that came in after me got their food before me and then when I did get it I was on the road started eating it was almost unedible because there was no cheese and no sauce on my play of fish either one of them like it was only half put together

They sent free coupons after I complained to corporate about the food poisoning.🤮 Food poisoning from spicy McChicken. 8/13/25 around 3pm. Associate also complained that double cheeseburger was not satisfactory.

Worst experience ever in whole time in California, been to drive thru, waited near the speaker for 5 mins, said multiple hello haven’t got any response. Waited 15 mins in line: reached counter just to get bad response the person in the counter.
