I really hate coming in and facing a monitor that I have to order my food on and then have it thrown out to me on a little box. I ordered two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and then ask for some tartar sauce and they wanted 50 cents more for just tartar sauce. I won't be back

The place is a mess. Garbage cans overflowing. Wrappers and bags in the parking lot. Kitchen floor littered with napkins and other paper products
Crew friendly but dont seem to care
I picked up what i could but garbage cans are all full even in restroom
Het the little tatoed manager back.
I fear this location will close like the Burney Ca location

They take forever. Took them Almost half hour to make the order. They are super slow just to make a kids happy meal.
We walked in late in the evening. The trash was overflowing and every single table was dirty. No one was at any tables. The place was nearly empty. We had ordered on the app but they mixed up some of the order and it took a very long time to see the correct order. Never seen this place in such bad condition.

I really hate the switch to their kiosk ordering. They are built too low for tall people. We stopped here to use the restroom and order a little something to break up our road trip. I gave up trying to use the kiosk and there was nobody available to take my order so I just left without ordering anything.

Waited in the middle of the drive thru for 45 minutes with no service to the cars in front of us. We could see the employee was walking back and forth when we pulled up to the window after everybody in front of us left without their food. After waiting, we went in to get a refund and weren’t even acknowledged. Worst experience at a McDonalds ever :/
