OMG what have you done to McDonald's? Everything is done at a cozy in this store. I wanted a double quarter pounder with cheese. I could not find it on the screen, there was NO ONE that would assist me. All I could find was an overpriced ultimate quarter pounder with stuff on it. It was drowning in Mayo, again there was no one at all to help me. I was not given a receipt. What a joke this place is. I've eaten at McDonald's all over the country and I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE. What have you done to my McDonald's??

This is one of the cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been to in the US. It is large and the wait time was very quick. Food was very hot and tasted more fresh than other McDonalds.

How do you get horrible service at a McDonald's?Order ahead in the app for pickup, then pull in and notify them you are there.I placed my order, and it took me five minutes to get there. I notified them I was there and watched people come and go through drive through and walkup. After 25 minutes of waiting, the app changed my status from *food being made* to *here's you receipt, hope you enjoy your food as much as we did making it*Huh? I don't have any food.So I went inside to cancel my order and ended up waiting in line with two other people for five minutes. There were six people in the dining area, and six people in the kitchen.As I got to the counter to cancel my order (after talking to another guy who said he also had been waiting a half hour), I was told the food had just been taken to my car and they wouldn't cancel the order."Why'd it take 30 minutes?""I'm the only one here, sir."I looked into the kitchen and saw two people standing and talking with no orders on the screens.I got to the car and all my food was cold.Definitely not loving it, but I guess what do I expect from the service industry in Siskiyou County (where there are no other options)?
