These people that worked at this Starbucks do not call out your name when they are done with your drink. They are talking and ignoring the customers. When they have a customer that is hard of hearing and they were told this they could care less. Very rude service for anyone disabled. Call out names loudly and communicate with your customers. My husband works 6 days a week . KIND SERVICE WOULD BE NICE.

They made me pay for a drink to use the bathroom, but the drink they gave me tasted absolutely awful and wasn't what I ordered, when I mentioned this they gave me attitude and wouldn't get me the real drink. I will not come back to this place, which is unfortunate because I live here. Tipped and everything.

Today I went to starbucks and purchased 2 drinks and a tumbler 2 sandwiches for a total of $70. The cashier refused to wash our tumbler out stating that they could not offer that service. How foul of people are they, when they let cups that have been sitting on their shelves for sale for god knows how long, serve drinks without washing out cups first. Come on people do better. Communication is key. Let people know by signage that you don't wash your tumblers after purchase and I would gladly not purchase your cups.

Worst service ever. I've been going to Starbucks for more than 30 years and I never experienced this. I've ordered 2 drinks and 1 protein box. After 20 minutes of waiting I got 1 drink. So I asked him where is my second drink and he informed me that the cashier didn't ring up my second drink, so I don't get any.

Everything is good abt this location and I often stop here always, but I only have 1 issue and I believe every truckers wants this location to be open 24 hrs, but they close at 7:30pm everyday nd it’s very early.

About done with Starbucks as a whole. Service and quality of food is suffering, while prices remain high. Stood at the counter waiting to order, no acknowledgment and the store wasn’t even busy. Not worth the time, we just left.

The "food" at Starbucks is usually not amazing but the management here has adjusted the cook times on the machines so it usually comes out better than the other Starbucks just north and south. (But it's still just Starbucks food.)
Drinks & staff are great, usually well proportioned, not filled with ice to water down and diminish the actual drink, and a clean interior.
