Natalya was very helpful offering all type of help, she was able to get our sandwiches cooked and done under 5 minutes!! And We ordered 5 of them, talk about speed and customer service 5 star all the way

My family stop here to get something to eat and unfortunately we encounter this girl with a really bad attitude. This was 5/15/25 around 8am-9pm. A gentleman was helping us and I guess she is in charge of him or something. To begin her hair was all over the place, she was doing the cookies and the hair was very close to the food anyways the guy was preparing my food and I asked him for an special cup and he was ok 👍🏼 and the girl stop whatever she was doing to tell him NO and started arguing about the cup. The guy told her is on top of all the cups, he literally needs to grab it not to search for anything and she continued say no and FIGHTING about it. At the end the guy gives it to me but I felt sorry for him and disgusted by her actions regarding a cup. I needed to explain to my 5 years old why a grown woman did all that for literally no reason.

The meal deal (6.99) Cost $8.99 with 1/4 of a small avocado, the manager and cashier left a new employee making sandwiches when there were 6 people waiting barely any meat on the sandwiches. I recommend any place but here!!!!!

The staff was friendly and though they where busy . They did tell me the rewards don’t work here because they are owned by Pilot. Although they have the scanner and put the sticker on the sandwich.

One gentleman cashier a girl with tattos and glasses walking back and forth watching a customer waiting to be helped. Worker comes behind me asks her for pickles she gets pickles. I asked and can I get a #18 she said your going to have to wait and went back to doing nothing. I vented to the pilot how a behind the glass chicken sandwich was second best since workers don't like makeing subway money. This sucks as a truck driver I understand everyone's time is valuable but that was a slap in the face.

Bad & Disrespectful service..long wait to order with no one else there..cant remember what is even in order due to conversion other customers..lack of focus...attempted to keep the change from financial transaction thinking I would not notice...best not going there...and the food made the dog sick

Got a Roast Beef Wrap, I ask to have meat & cheese on wrap toasted & was told NO! What? Really? No logical reasoning for not, other that some ridiculous Policy from Corporation. Why this Policy??? Manager engaged in an argument with me infront of employees & Customers, so this burns me on multiple levels!! Never again will I go here.
