Got a Roast Beef Wrap, I ask to have meat & cheese on wrap toasted & was told NO! What? Really? No logical reasoning for not, other that some ridiculous Policy from Corporation. Why this Policy??? A regular stop and it's hit or miss on how crowded it may be. Food quality is always good and customer service is great.
Terrible experience. I went in around 9:45pm on 28th May, 2023 and the server refused to make any sandwiches even though the shop was open till 12AM. Even the store manager was surprised. Going by the number of negative reviews it looks very common at this store. tbh, whatever happened that day looked like racism to me.

Shame on you subway executives!!I rarely visit your stores for certain reasons.Now i just visited your store at the pilot in weed california and was told that the uild your own is no longer available. I dont care for 80% of your builds on sandwiches anyways because i dont like half the products on each sandwich.The only sandwich i get is either tuna or turkey and ham...with whatever items i wish on it..Now being told i cant do that anymore because of ....COMPANY POLICIES!?.You just killed ANY thought of going there to eat...i will go somewhere else from now on..in a world of high prices and selection restrictions. I can find other places that will make customers feel welcome...Shame on you....

This Subway is inside at Travel Center but it's not gas station food. Subway always rocks and their cookies are great.Some dude was totally high getting a sandwich before us. He said "yes" to every add on and "yes" to every doubling of every ingredient. He was so animated we couldn't help laughing. All said and done, it cost him $30!!! We were all shocked. The dude said, "I've never paid $30 for a sandwich before". The clerk had the best response ever. "You want a $30 sandwich, I'll make you a $30 sandwich. You want a reciept so you know what happened when you wake up." Epic.The travel center was cool also but not much local souvenir stuff.
