Dont bother coming here anymore. I ordered online, went to pick up, and literally no one acknowledged me. Like i wasnt standing there. Said “excuse me?” “Im here for pickup” no one turned their heads. I walked out and went back in, and a guy just told me “we arent taking orders. The prices are wrong” … and thats my problem why? No offense but if the prices have been apparently wrong for 2 weeks then thats a cost the business has to take care of. We asked if our order shows up on their tablet and they said “the prices are wrong though.” So clearly theyre getting the order. I called and asked for the manager 2 different times before one of the enployees said “no im not the manager what do you want?”

The pizza is tasty and fairly priced. Unfortunately, our wings were slightly burned, the Alfredo was just pasta with a scoop of sauce poured over it (and dry chicken), and many of the games were not working.I'd come back again for the pizza and garlic bread, but I'd be skeptical of trying anything else.

Went here to pick up some food that I ordered through a third party and the order was completely wrong. They gave me a substitute order because they ran out of traditional wings without consulting me. When I inquired about a refund they told me they couldn’t refund me. After clearly being frustrated about the situation a guy here proceeded calling me racial epithets. This customer service was extremely horrible and by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you are a person of color I would advise against spending another dollar at this establishment. Luckily I was able to get a refund through a bank dispute because they refused to refund my order. 0/10 service

Horrible customer service/ unwelcoming environment. No one greeted me when I arrived. It wasn’t busy, so I was Surprised. It was my first time there and was asking a few questions about the menu, the man behind the counter started huffing and puffing, rolling his eyes, as if I was bothering him. When I asked if someone else could assist me he said NO rudely. I had a long day at work and wanted to get home to the kids so I ended up ordering. I would never visit this establishment again.

The food is a solid 2, the employees give out free food to their friends but won’t correct an order that THEY messed up and wont refund. AVOID AVOID AVOIDI am pregnant and I told them I'm allergic to peppers, they put peppers ALL OVER MY PIZZA and I ordered BONE IN WINGS and instead of telling me they were out, they gave me MINI CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH NO SAUCE! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
