I love the cookie monster from here It has always been my favorite since they opened. But nothing beats it when they put it inside a donut. Unfortunately I don't know if it's just my location or if it's at all locations but I remember them cutting a donut in half and putting a scoop of ice cream inside putting the top bun on and rolling it in your topping of choice. I guess nowadays they put a half a scoop of ice cream and you're topping inside and seal it uncrustable style. Not a fan at all. My first 2 bites were of donut only no ice cream.

I got delivery here multiple times but this delivery hit it all, i got delivery pretty late. For one i ordered a pint of ube brownie ice cream with other things and they forgot it in my order, i emailed and tried to call but nothing just a waste of $10 i spent and never got a refund back. Another thing is i ordered the ice cream bars and for $5 they were the size of my 3 fingers coulnt really enjoy it in 3 bites. But on the other hand its pretty tasty ice cream.

There was no sundae we ordered. Only a scoop of ice cream for $10. The ice cream was very melted and I didn't get my cone. You made a raised false bottom for my $6.50 single scoop, which is deceptive. Also, the mochi looked very different
It's my 1st to try the place. I was craving for some ice cream today 11-24-23. One worker was helping 4 young people. Then, came out this other lady engaged with her cell. I thought she came out to help since we were waiting to be served. But no - she continued with her cell, not even saying hi. I asked the worker if she were the only worker, she said yes..So, this other lady must be the owner or manager or whatever - that's bad PR - unbecoming for a business. Whoever she is, she must be reprimanded or take customer service class.
