Make sure you call them and ask for UNSALTED pretzel every time you order online because they automatically give you salted. I'm not sure why it doesn't show on the website that it's salted. I was given a new unsalted but the pretzel was sitting there for awhile and wasn't fresh. I had to go back and ask to remake and wasted time.
I ordered off of Doordash. The food was good but I really REALLY wanted the hotdog stuff and they didn't have any today and that was the whole point that I wanted to order and I'm sad ? I BET THE HOTDOG STUFF TASTES GOOD, TOO... I bet it does ... but today, I won't know... The cheese and hot salsa cheese sauce tastes yummy, too... I'm trying to imagine it with the little hot dog pretzel thingies...

Very kind staff. The customer in front of me spilled there drink all over the front counter, and they kindly cleaned it up, and gave them a new one. 5 star staff!! There food is just ok, but service really makes a big deal. Good job Auntie Anne's
