The female cashier is really rude with an attitude problem. Was in line waiting for 10 min and she wouldn't help. All she did was stocking up on the hot sauce and gave me that dirty looks like I'm bothering her.

Tuesday 10/10/23 Dinner (Taco Tuesday) at Baja Cali Fish & Taco in West Covina with my cousin. This restaurant has really good fish tacos. It satisfied my fish taco cravings; 5 to be precise.It get really packed on Tuesdays because of their taco Tuesday special. Their service and kitchen staff’s work really fast to cut down wait time.Restaurant is cleaned with a modern decor.I recommend this restaurant. 5 tacos for $7.50 it does not get better than this. I went on taco Tuesday peak dinner time around 7pm! wait to order and get food was approx 25-30 mins so not horrible for a great deal! food was so good and very crispy fish! the workers were very nice as well even though you can tell it was extremely busy! would come back even without the taco Tuesday deal because the tacos are so good! 10/10 recommend if you are local or in the area!

I’ve done many many reviews and this place is the worst place in customer service to the point I asked for a refund on my food purchase. The so called manager was rude disrespectful and belligerent. One wonders how he can be working in a position he is in.The young lady that’s working the cashier was friendly and courteous, and so are the rest of the staff there. In my opinion, the so-called manager needs to be retrained in people skills and customer service. I’m pretty sure the Food there is great but with customer service being that bad we did not have a chance or wanted a chance to try it.

Price of fish tacos went up they were OK at 5 for $6 which makes then a litter over a dollar. I bought 6 yesterday and they cost almost $10. I will be going back to Taco tuesday at Ostioneria Colima, tacos are very fresh and double the size. Two tacos is like eating four. The cost $5 a much better dealParking: In a location with other stores so it is difficult to find parking close to resturantKid-friendliness: Very noisy so if you have children who are a little noisy the will blend in.Wheelchair accessibility: No easy you would have to travel somewhat far from resturant because there is a high curb in front.
