Horrible!! Don't go to this baskin Robinson the scoops are tiny. It's a kids scoops for the price of regular. I think the girls arm is not strong enough! When asked for a bigger scoops it was ignored! Terrible service

Wow, I was at this Baskin Robbins when a family brought in a cake to return because there was a flaw with it. They were in a good mood and laughing at the situation. I saw the cake and heard how they described the flaw which was funny! Yet the employee was super rude to this family even calling the owner to confirm that the family could return the cake. The family even proceeded to be nice and ordered ice cream from the store. To which the employee didn't use the correct size scoop shorting them on their ice cream and even placed the waffle cone they ordered on the nasty glass. No napkin or nothing. How gross of the employee. The employee was the girl with the glasses and the nose ring. She probably gave them a fake name to which was Jasmine.
After they left she then made a phone call to who I can only imagine as her friend and was talking extremely unprofessional about them and using derogatory and offensive language about the family.
Never have I seen an establishment have such a rude unprofessional employee.
I feel bad for that family after how that employee treated them.
After seeing that service I won't be coming back to this location.

There are two people in store right know. One of them was literally on one leg, while she was holding her other leg up, bent at the knee touching her foot/shoe, she charged the customer and went on to serve the next customer a cone without WASHING her hands. Discussing!!
