The team at this site performed admirably! I placed an in-person order for my cake and picked it up a few days later. I had shared a picture of my desired cake, they skillfully brought it to reality. The one setback was my desire for a smaller heart cake, but they don't take preorders for that size. The site is tidy, and the cakes are freshly prepared. I favor this place over the La Puente location on Hacienda Blvd due to the better handwriting and the availability of two fridge cakes here. 10/10 would order again !

I ordered a $50 spider man ice cream cake supposedly with light up eyes . So be careful with this store and the one in Covina which is the same ownership. At most the cake I got should have only been like $30 at most. So be aware when you order here.

The young lady that attended me mid size with glasses working Sunday june 25 around 7:30pm was soo rude giving attitude as if bothered to be assisting was just trying to get a treat and left the store annoyed at how I was treated I really hope this location takes a better look at their employees treating their customers

I was very satisfied with this Baskin Robbins location. The store was very clean and looked very new. Their employee, Elijah, was very helpful and nice during my visit. He was always making sure the store was clean. I will definitely visit again!!

Went in for fun and happy memories with my children . We ordered all our favorite flavors, Flavor Flave !!!! It was raining outside but a big oh rainbow was streaming outside of the 31 . The cashiers could of been more friendlier smile a little but all in all she was so so . We sat and licked our ice cream there it was a clean Establishment .No restrooms got to go outside on the side of building ;p

Whoever was working on 8/8/22 between the hours of 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Thank you!!!! I called because Postmates wouldn't let me add comments and my son wanted extra cherries. The guy who picked up was super nice and when my order was delivered, there was this note! There was extra cherries for sure and this totally made my day! It's been such a rough day and this little act of kindness truly turned that day around. Its truly the small things!

Went in to get a treat for my wife. 2 young ladies behind the counter. I asked for a 3 scoop cup and a quart of hand packed ice cream. The young girl helping me seemed bothered by the request. The second girl charged me, no smile what so ever. I gave them my change which was over $1.00 and she never even looked at me or said thank you. It's a shame that some people don't know how to interact. If you're not happy at your job, leave and go do something else. It'll be quite a long time before I stop here again.
