They did not take my Birthday free scoop because they require it to be printed,All the other locations do take my digital coupons. I hate when a franchise does something the rest don’t do.

Girls in the counter were rude. I Had a birthday coupon and they told me they couldn’t accept it because it wasnt printed. It didnt say anywhere on the coupon it needed to be printed. Other locations have never done this.

They need to hired people who really wants to work, no little kids that just wanna run out of work, associates just denied serving 3 cones because it was 7 o'clock already, their website clearly states they close at 9, like if they werent making money anyways... what does it takes to serve 3 cones to little kids
