Horrible customer service. Only black person in store and employees acted like I didn't exist. Paid attention to everyone else that walked through door. I had to walk out. Will never go there again.

First and last time coming here..used the drive thru, no ice flavors on the menu..wth..the worker said just tell me what flavors you want and I'll tell you if we have it..if I had time I would have just gone inside...isn't that the purpose of a drive thru??? I didn't have time for guessing games!!

The service was OK. The girl got one flavor wrong and I let it slide. Unfortunately, the survey code did NOT work. I tried multiple times and made sure there wasn't any typos. There must be something wrong with their system...

A lot of the reviews are very old. This place has gotten better. It gets busy sometimes and we have to be understanding.

Place absolutely sucks!!!! Workers are rude and they close an hour before actual close time.

Tried going to this location for sundaes but they had less than 10 ice cream flavors available. I was surprised to be told they do not have simple flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry.How can an ice cream place not have vanilla? Also, the woman working tonight was rude and impatient, even though we were the only customers there.

Ordered 3 drinks today. The drinks were totally different than what I ordered. They insisted that's what I ordered. When i refused to take the drinks and pay for them the manager asked me not to ever come back. Worst customer service ever!

The scoops are only half scoops, waste of money...the guy is pretty rude too. Why do they have staff that steal from the customers by only giving them half of what they ordered and still charging full price.

Tried coming here twice... Out of 6 flavors in a row, when I asked, well what do you have? she tells me we have 31 flavors so it's too many to list ?.. wrong cone, no receipt, no napkins and watered down shake.. this glass of milk is supposed to be a mint shake?

Love the ice cream but disappointed in my server. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and got it with no hot fudge, poor server.
