From the moment we sat down, our service was terrible. Our waiter didn't attend to us - no plates with the appetizers or dessert, took forever to find and track down for napkins, rolled his eyes when we asked for something, and the wait times were horrible. We were seated under the ac duct and froze the whole time. We were never offered drink refills and had to ask multiple times for everything including the check. Awful service. Wasn't told happy birthday not once (even though we had birthday balloons and I made a birthday reservation) by anyone, and it felt like staff didn't communicate with eachother.

Horrible service. Our appetizer came out after our entrees and the table next to us ended up getting our appetizer. Had to complain to the manager and I never do that

The appetizer was great unfortunately our main course was disappointing! I ordered the sirloin with garlic butter, the sirloin was tough, the rice was dry, same with the veggies. And the garlic butter did not come until half way through. My friend ordered the fish and chips and she was also disappointed. The fish was very oily. So she just basically ate just the fish.

Great beverages, wonderful food and an awesome server made for this to be a great Anniversary/Valentine Day lunch. Thank you to server Audie and the rest of the staff. Will return soon!

As a family we all had a good time. Only a few hiccups with service but our server was very sweet, friendly and always attended to us with a big smile.

Frequent BJ"s in Chino often and always have a great experience. Chose the Covina location to meet a friend. the wait to be acknowledged at the table was long, the delivery of beer was even longer, and it was flat! our order of 2 appetizers came separately and took again a long time so we asked for a box and left. Sad representation

Food was delicious and well-prepared. Service attentive and friendly. A large, open dining area which could be noisy if crowded and not seated near the edge.

I made a reservation at 6:30 PM and wasn't sat until 7:15 PM. My reservation was for eight people and I was sat at a six person table. It was very squished. We couldn't get switched to a different table and was told that any food would take up to 45 minutes to come out so we ended up just leaving. 

Came for lunch. It was slow, we were Sat right away.
Everyone was beyond attentive.

Only negative was the chicken Alfredo. The sauce was dried on the pasta.

I had ordered some wings but the ranch that came with it was expired/ spoiled. I brought it to a young manager female and asked if they could get me fresh ranch . She said ok took the ranch back to the kitchen, and had a server bring the ranch to me. We'll the ranch was the same, lol. She never came back to my table either. Management needs some more training, I guess ..not going back.

The server Jade F was the worst. Did not get my drinks till 30 minutes after. She also dropped a dirty spoon on me horrible horrible service, but good food!

Ashley was amazing!!! She went above and beyond for our graduating group of hospitality students at cal poly Pomona. The service was smooth, fast, and she was extremely friendly. Definitely will be back due to the great service.

My daughter got a coupon for a free kids meal from school so we bring her for dinner. 2nd time here, always busy. Waited for about half an hour before get seated. They have promotions for gift cards before end of the year. You also can get VIP cards and free beer cups for limited time. The food is great, especially with the house made sources! We also like the atmosphere. Good place for getting together!
