BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food was good, though on the expensive side for what we got. The wait staff were very nice and friendly. I had a salad, everyone else had hot meals and I had to wait for my salad to be served. It was a bit noisy, however, it is a sports bar so to be expected. Overall, I would go back.

We had to wait 40 minutes to be sat from reservation time. And then everything took a long time after that. We ended up getting our check paid after 2.5 hours and we ordered as soon as the waitress came to take a drink order. One of the worst experiences we ever had. **A manager called and spoke with me. He spent the time to listen and explained how upset he was over the different things that failed. He invited us to come back and take care of us. They really want to make it up to us. We will definitely go back since they care about their customer service.

Mia was awesome! She was so friendly and attentive. I secretly passed her a note because it was our boss's birthday and he told us not to do anything but I wanted to anyway. She read my note and discreetly came back with a pizookie! Even though Mia ran out of candles she still made it special and even memorable with the lighter!

8/31/25 (10PM) the female employees in the front both rolled their eyes because I told them table for 2. They Got angry because I interrupted their conversation. they should be working not gossiping. And they took almost an hour for the food to arrive

Loved the vibes , Yazz was a great server to me and my friend. He was attentive and friendly. The chicken wings were bomb and the arugula salad with mozzarella and tomato was so good.
