There were mixups with our food, being given the wrong order and such. But it was taken care of and the service was good and very accommodating with certain seating needs. The food was good too. I'd return to this location.

Food was served cold. One of the orders was for a slow roasted sirloin steak ordered medium rare. Steak was brought to table cooked well done. Asked to have steak cooked as ordered and was told the steak could not be served medium because steaks were precooked and held to temp. Other sides and food items were just as disappointing. Next in the area we will chose a different restaurant. This BJ's was very disappointing

Great place to come with friends for a late night snack. Service was solid and the beer was good. Would like to see a reverse happy hour to make it a priority to come in versus other nearby restaurants.

We had the best server for our party of 13. She was super nice, attentive & made sure we had everything we needed!

BJs is a pretty standard american spot to go when you have a large group. There's tons of options to choose from and you can't go wrong with a pizookie.

Mia was very kind and patient plus quick to serve will be dining here again !

They were too busy to care about serving another customer. They wanted me to stand next to a dirty table in the bar dining area until someone came to clean it because every other seat was taken, yeah sure let stand next to a bunch of random people while they eat until a busboy decides to lookup and clean a table. And the attitude of the hostesss, awful. I haven’t been to bjs for awhile, I guess it was a mistake to even bother, I won’t take that risk of crap service next time.

The food was incorrect and the drinks took forever to come also the chair they sat us on was dirty it was a booth from one end to the other they did not inspect the table nor seat and the toilets were all flooded and could not use restroom there

Here at BJ'S 5/29/2025. Arrived at 2:30 pm. Ordered our beers amd appetizers. Waitress never asked if we wanted or needed utensils or plates or ketchup for my fries. Ordered what should have been a sirloin steak, but looked like a end cur of a roast. Took 20 minutes to get our bill

We had Amber serve us tonight. Let me say she was amazing ! Her costumer service made our experience wonderful. The food was amazing . We had pizza, wing, soup &salad, calamari and alcohol beverages. Having a good meal is nothing if the service is bad. We are grateful for your smiles and kindness Amber .

The waitress was amazing! Great, great service! It was less crowded on this day (Memorial Day), so I don't know if that was a factor. Everyone picked different food items and they all came out delicious! For instance, I got an Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Bowl. Never had it before, but I enjoyed it! The chicken was so yummy too! Definitely having it again.

Best hot wings i have ever had. The traditional sauce goes amazing paired with their Cisco hot wings. I love their high quality food experience they give to my body. I miss their pizza.

I’ve had much better experiences at all of the other locations, but this one was pretty bad. We ordered salads via take out and received the wrong dressings. The receipt was on the bag with large, bold print and the correct dressings were printed on the receipt. They also forgot the strawberries and cream for the STRAWBERRY Pizookie. This may be minor to some, but I don’t like spending money on something that I didn’t receive. The staff at this location need to do better.

A big thank you to the staff on Sunday May 11th! We had a 1 pm reservation & they were all very accommodating as we had a large group & needed to add 1 more. Didn't blink an eye & took care of us. We had a few with traffic problems running late and they said no problem we'll be happy to seat who's here now & you're welcome to wait or order drinks & appetizers while you're waiting for the rest of your party, which we did. All was 5 star from the check in desk to wait staff & food & drinks & of course we ordered Pizookie Pizza Size! The Mother's Day Souvenir Glass for the moms was a nice surprise & very much appreciated! Thank all the Staff who did an excellent job despite the busy day & also the fellow customer who took our group pic out front☺️

The restaurant has menu options for all. Service by Laura was fantastic, especially on a busy Mother's Day. Two issues with the actual food prep though, one sandwich had a sauce on it that it shouldn't have. The sandwich was returned but took so long to come back out that the rest of the party was done with their meals. That meal was comped. Cesar salad prep was inconsistent, one salad was over dressed and the other entree size salad literally had dry lettuce at the bottom of the salad. Our waitress Laura kept a smile on her face and was extremely professional. She saved the experience. Kitchen staff, thank the waitresses and servers.
