My son and I tried this place for the first time by surprise from my sister in law! We tried boba milk tea which was Amazing!!!!!! We also tried the popcorn chicken, which I totally recommend! It's so yummy! We tried the fries, and those were pretty good! Everyone one was really nice and it's a cute little place ! My son keeps bugging to go back, we shall see you soon!

Arrived at 10:30pm to order food and drinks, we tried to order food but they said they stopped serving food. And I asked what time they stop serving food. And the asian guy that works there said they only stopped serving at that moment because they saw a lot of group behind us walked in. I dont think that is right at all. They close at 12am. This place has surprised me! The first time I tried this boba place was through Fantuan delivery. I ordered Ceylon milk tea with tiramisu foam and a matcha latte. The milk tea is so good! Its strong tea flavor with tiramisu is delightful! I love it. And the matcha latte is good too, it didn't disappoint. I also tried Thai tea and chocolate. Both are good too. But I highly recommend the Ceylon with tiramisu!

Milk teas made with original tea leaves. Have to come here for their milk teas and don't miss out on fry chicken, their fry chicken is good.

The roasted oolong milk tea was just okay but I did not like the boba. It's caramel boba and not your typical brown sugar but it just tastes vaguely sweet. Texture is on the slightlt harder side. I find it weird that the sugar levels are 25%, 75% or 100% but no 50%. They said the machine doesn't have 50% but 25x2=50% no? The lemon yakult was very tart even at 100%. Yakult drinks at other places are very sweet. There is a good yakult flavor but the lemon and yakult flavors are not balanced. At an average of 6$ per drink, I would rather go elsewhere if available. They do open late so that's a plus. There are a handful of tables and some seats for waiting. It was completely empty on the Saturday night that I went. Parking was also plentiful since the nearby Businesses were closed.

Attention all Boba lovers, you must come here for the bestttt freshly made bobas, fruits tea and popcorn chicken. The boba is so soft and chewy. Their fruits tea is very fresh and new made. They also freshly make their popcorn chicken and the sauce tastes so good. I was soooo hooked from the very first bite. Def need to come back and try their fresh fruit tea and popcorn chicken.

the drink had a really authentic matcha taste with a little bitterness to it. they also made the drink rlly quickly. despite the place being pretty small, the decor puts it all together and gives it a cozy feeling. overall a really cute and tasty place to go to :3

There's nothing that really stands out about this boba location. However it is one of the few places that's open until midnight around the area and when you're craving a boba drink around 9pm, you have to settle for what's available at that hour. I ordered the jasmine green tea with the cheese foam and it was good. The cheese foam wasn't too sweet surprisingly but the drink was really sweet. I really liked the cheese layer so maybe I'll order a different drink to accompany the cheese foam next time.

Behind the Edward's Regal cinema is bobaland. They sell chicken and boba. I ordered a strawberry yogurt smoothie. It was very sugary tasted almost like plain syrup. The wait took a while but overall it was worth it. They offer indoor seating and have restrooms.

The service was great and prompt. The place has a hip little Taiwanese/South East Asian local vibe. The place you go “if you’re in the know”I ordered the Thai tea, and in my opinion sadly it was a little bland.I did ask before ordering if it was brewed Thai tea, and the kind cashier said yes, but the flavor said otherwise, it tasted more like a powdered mix.I’ll go back again and try some of the other offerings maybe one of their snacks as well.

My family and I decided to come to Bobaland, because the ice bar was closed. It is a cute little boba shop but I will never come here again. Upon arrival we were looking at the menu and they took a while to take our order. My cousin wanted milk tea but the worker told us that it was too strong for them to have. We went for a fruit tea but she kept saying that there was green tea in the drinks which I proceeded to say it was fine. My cousin kept getting up to look around as she was curious on how the boba was prepared. She accidentally dropped something and the worker said in a rude tone "can you tell your kid to sit down". Then I overheard the workers talking bad about the customers in Vietnamese when she was changing her order multiple times. I understand it's the holidays and you may be understaffed but that is so unprofessional and extremely rude.
