They say open till 2:00 but what they don't tell you is they cut their friars off at 1:00 so if you plan on coming for late night dining this place is not the spot

It is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings, located across the street from Eastland Center in West Covina. Of course, when I was a student, at Cal Poly Pomona, I would frequent this establishment, and enjoy the happy hour menu. So, at the beginning of this year, 2024, I decided to have my lunch break, at the establishment. The chicken wings, that I have ordered, were quite delicious, I am not complaining about this. Furthermore, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. However, I had to wait about fifteen minutes, to have my order taken. At the same time, when the order was taken, I had to wait almost half an hour, just to get my chicken wings. I could not just sit for an hour, I had to get back to work. In addition, after finishing my meal, I had to wait again, around ten minutes, just to pay my tab. So, in retrospect, the meals were five out of five, the atmosphere likewise, while the service was three out of five. Of course, I understand, when I came it was happy hour time. Still, waiters should take into consideration, that not everyone, who comes during happy hour, are there to spend two or three hours. The prices, though, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone wants to grab a quick bite, I would not recommend to come during happy hour, but before or after.

Went there last night around 8:30. They only gave me 14 instead of 15. I know it’s only 1 but if I’m paying almost $40 for 15 wings and a small soda, I expect all 15 to be there! Cashier and bus people were at least nice but just not happy that was short winged.

i ordered from grubhub and girl named aylssa doubled checked if the items were there on the recepit and my fries and sauces were not there it was supposed to be 2 bags the recepit said but only got one bag which had fries and sauces

It’s fun for me to go to wild wings every Sunday and be with people. I’ve gone to this location a few times and I’ll keep going as the service is good and the food i also enjoy when i eat here.

When I walked in the smell of delicious food caught my attention immediately, the hostess Jade was very nice & accommodating she saw that I have a slight limp (she didn’t say anything to me about but you know when people know) & offered me a table instead of a booth she was polite & welcoming. The wait staff was not friendly but professional. My food was delicious I would most definitely visit this location again.

I usually always have bad experiences in bww because it’s always so busy and they mess up your orders especially for to go but this location has been so great 3rd time here and it still earns 5 stars! Today was a busy day of course because the dodgers vs Mets but wow I sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing my food arrived quick and the wings were juicy just how I asked for them to be! I got there right before lunch ended and made it to happy hour so you can only image I got the food and drinks for my bucks! Will come back soon food 10000 plus service 1000 win win if you ask me
