The food was decent but the service was atrocious. Too many mistakes and issues to even count.

The bar was very dirty so we wiped it with my lysol wipes, no one was sitting at the bar so maybe it was just a slow night and wiping down the bar wasn't necessarily that important. We've gone to lots of BWW and have a great time but the fact that this one removes ALL latino music ftom the iTunes app is a turn off and pretty silly since most customers are latino. Bartender was nice! Liked her for sure. Won't be back. We'll stick to the other locations that allow latino music. 🙄✌🏼
They're not looking at the orders correctly. Completely missed part of my order for delivery.

Got there at 5, took them 40 mins to give us a table, there was no people, took them anothwr 30 mins to get us drinks, again there was no people, my 2 companions got endless wings, took them 40 mins between refills... the girl that served us, make us feel like she was making us a favor for serving us... not worth it

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Customer Service
I placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings for delivery, only to find out that DoorDash — their delivery partner — marked the food as delivered after simply taking a picture in front of the location and then driving off with it. I had to contact DoorDash to initiate a refund myself.
When I called Buffalo Wild Wings to resolve the issue or get the food reordered, I was told I would need to place a new order online and pay again, as if it were my fault. The manager, Fabian Adrande, was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the call. His tone made it clear he had no interest in resolving the situation or showing any empathy.
This kind of poor service — both from the delivery partner and the store itself — is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this location until there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and manage problems.

I’ve been here several times. I’m only giving them 4 stars in service because once we got a girl who maybe was having a bad day and she treated us really bad. Making faces, nothing on time. But besides her, other servers are super cool.

Let me just say that the average time is about 2 hours to be seated, afterwards , we were treated by a male server who has not mentioned his name but is bald has tattoos and a black set of eye wear glasses. He was cold and never attended us after his first greet. He forgot my drink this entire of my 6hour of sitting. And when we recieved our food , not only did it take an extra 50minutes, but they forgot to bring one of my friends food which then took 1 hour and 30 minutes for his food to arrive. We had to keep asking the same server to check the food and when it was ready, the food was already cold. The check up for more food would take 50-1 hour. Once we wanted to ask a refill of our drink , this server said “I’m off the clock bro” . Never have I ever met a worse serving experience of a person telling me hese no longer working nor notified us that he was switching shift with someone else. This lady Morgan came in the last 20 minutes to help recover the damage that is already done by the previous incompetent server and did her best to help us but I can’t believe it took in total of 6 hours and 22 minutes to just get one refill of water and Pepsi and also a second stack of wings.terrible.

I have visited this establishment, last year, in 2024, when I used to work in West Covina. Since, I worked across the area, I went to visit this establishment, once, during my lunch break. The service was a complete disappointment. I had to wait 10 minutes, just to get my order taken, when I had time limit for lunch break. Of course, I understand, it was happy hour. Still, not everyone, during that time were coming for alcohol. Furthermore, the meal, that was delivered took almost for 30 minutes. At the same time, when I was closing my tab, I had to wait for the waitress, longer than expected. The saving grace was delicious meal, and available seating in the area. The meal was delicious, as mentioned above, and well-made. At the same time, the place in itself was neat, and there were some free tables, to sit down, in spite of happy hour time. Of course, the prices, too were not on the expensive side. So, my recommendation is to visit this place other time, after 1:00 or 2:00 PM, when there are fewer people in the vicinity.

Thomas was the worst server ever. I have never experienced such low service in my entire 47 years of existence. Thomas was on his phone or talking to his employees laughing around and ignoring his tables. I asked for water 4 times before asking another waiter to assist me. He was so unprofessional and gave me attitude when I kept asking for water. People who like Thomas should not be working at restaurants if they cannot provide the right service. I will never be coming back here again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
