I’ve been here several times. I’m only giving them 4 stars in service because once we got a girl who maybe was having a bad day and she treated us really bad. Making faces, nothing on time. But besides her, other servers are super cool.
I have visited this establishment, last year, in 2024, when I used to work in West Covina. Since, I worked across the area, I went to visit this establishment, once, during my lunch break. The service was a complete disappointment. I had to wait 10 minutes, just to get my order taken, when I had time limit for lunch break. Of course, I understand, it was happy hour. It is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings, located across the street from Eastland Center in West Covina. Of course, when I was a student, at Cal Poly Pomona, I would frequent this establishment, and enjoy the happy hour menu. So, at the beginning of this year, 2024, I decided to have my lunch break, at the establishment. The chicken wings, that I have ordered, were quite delicious, I am not complaining about this.
