This is a legit Singaporean chicken rice place, with three primary types of chicken rice dishes, traditional Hainanese chicken rice, lemongrass grilled chicken, and crispy chicken, which is chinese style fried surface of the chicken but not breaded, the kind where you pour hot oil over a chicken surface to cook it.
