One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Been here many times with friends and family. Lunch specials are delicious with soup rice and lots of choices like cashew chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef and broccoli beef . I also love their chow mein, hot and sour soup, egg rolls and garlic green beans are so yummy.

This was my initial visit to this establishment, but read great reviews before placing an order. I ordered from the inside and not phone called for pick-up. The place was pretty busy, so by the looks of what I was seeing, I knew this has to be a fabulous place, for eat in or take out. My prediction was right... it was terrific, I ordered Mongolian Beef, with white fluffy rice, Shrimp Fried Rice as well, with 4 Shrimp Egg Rolls... everything was delicious. I will be returning to...

Canaan Chinese Cuisine is the best in the area. The food is absolutely delicious and high quality. They are pricey in comparison to other spots, but the quality and authentic flavors make it worth it! They have an interesting menu with items you will not see at other Chinese food spots and have been more than accommodating when I've asked for slight alterations to certain dishes.
