The food was cold, drink was stuffed with ice and prices seem to be more then other Carl's Jr. Plus drive-thru is backwards. Service was nice, disappointed with everything else

Their food is always in fresh I hate to say it but this location needs a better management team their. And the facility is always dingy and dirty looking and smells for allowing the homeless to use their bathroom facility and they wash theme selves and make messes in front of my house and then go down the street and throw trash every were I have to clean up later what's up with this place allowing this it's very unprofessional as a buisness to allow this and their food is always cold or old looking the fries are good and that's about it sorry to say they should make something else their would be nice like a restaurant theirs not alot to eat at any more in the area it's all fast food .

Had a big drive thru order and this place got it all correct and were nice also price was reasonable.

Their service is great. We always have the burger w/cheese. Only 1 time did they miss the cheese. You can tell the difference immediately.

Good service, food was brought pretty quick. Restrooms are clean. They let me substitute a sirloin steak for a t-bone for my mother. Refilled my drink right away.

I should've read the reviews before coming here. This place seems unsanitary and the staffs doesn't wear masks!
OMG I have never been to a business that only has 1 star ratings and going to this Carl's I can see why. First of all the food was lousy. I had a bacon, egg, biscuit that was awful. The worst thing about it was the bacon. It must have been really cheap because there were parts of it I couldn't chew. The funny/sad thing was that I asked for a hot tea and paid my $1.00. When It was time to get the tea I realized that the counter person didn't know what it was. He asked me if I wanted hot coffee about three times. I explained all I wanted was a cup of hot water and a tea bag. I asked him to give me an OJ... but he said he couldn't because it cost more.... pathetic..... He didn't even offer to give me my $1 back, Carl Karcher must be rolling over in his grave....

A bit pricey but good food
It was ok for a quick meal.
The food is just to expensive for it to be basic.
