I tried the new spice western bacon cheese burger, it was AMAZING, it was everything i wanted in a burger. Thr staff were so helpful and nice as well, I'll definitely be stopping back for another visit soon.

Their employees steal debit cards. I received one of the employees name tags instead of my debit card and when I went to the store I was told they didn't have it. Then how do I get one of your damn employees work i.ds?

The thing with Fast Food places is that it's supposed to provide food FAST for us consumers. Common sense here will show that, of course, these places will have some food "already made" to get us in and out. So, if you don't like that, just simply request for your food to "be made fresh PLEASE". A 'please' goes a long way. And that's why we love THIS Carls Jr. The Manager is absolutely amazing and understanding of such requests. Moreover, everything we order FRESH, IS SO GOOD! Coming here every time Carls Jr is on the menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

There’s always issues with this location and their app orders. They can never find them and they’re really rude. Also they never answer their phone. Go to a different location if you don’t want to be dealing with rudeness and frustration.
