I buy dice ube at seafood city, but this time there is hair inside the package. The packers should practice hygiene and safety.

I bought Hopia Mongo at Seafood City Diamond Blvd. Concord Ca. expiry date says 11/30/17 but the hopia has molds i didnt notice when i was in the grocery store coz i was in a hurry. whos to blame? the Seafood city or the La fortuna bakery?
