I want to take this time to send a commendation to Eric at this particular Charlie's. There was a bit of a mess up with my order, which he took full responsibility for, was very apologetic, and he went over and beyond to rectify the situation. He clearly values his position and the Charlie's brand. Thank you Eric! I truly felt valued as a customer and will definitely be back. Plus, the food was great and both of the guys' customer service were very pleasant and...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a fantastic experience at Charley's Philly Steaks! I accidentally dropped my fries but didn't complain. Several minutes later, as I was sitting with my 3-year-old son, Daniel and manager Eric called me over and replaced them. Their kindness and exceptional service made me feel truly valued.

The little things often go unnoticed or shared, but not today. Thank u gentlemen.
