Can't this place ever get things right 😡 This is not the 1st or 2nd time they've gotten my order wrong. As you can clearly see I ordered #1 and that's not what I got. I tried calling but they make you hold forever and the music gave me a headache. Believe me if this is the kind of sandwich I wanted I'd go to Mc Donald's but I don't eat these 😡 Now I'm not in the area and I can't just take it back. This is such an inconvenience. If you're going to work in custom service or with food you need to get things right. People..... make sure you open the order and check the product before pulling away from the window and if it takes longer than oh well.

The service here is top-tier! Even when the drive-thru is packed, the team is incredibly efficient and polite. My order is always hot, fresh, and accurate. It’s easily one of the best quick-service spots in West Covina. High standards and great food every single time!

Mac and cheese was the worst I've tasted from this restaurant. I'm from the area but live in Seattle, and the Mac and cheese is way better and different in Seattle. I'm used to baked Mac and cheese, this was not baked, more like boxed Mac and cheese which was disappointing after referring it to a family member who've never ate at this restaurant.

Food tasted great, line was long but went along at a decent pace. However the pricing on the food was quite a lot. Though the meal left me feeling decently full the size/form factor really made me feel undercut. Still a decent choice for good chicken and crosscut fries.

For the second time, a simple 12 pc grilled nuggets entrée order is too much to ask for. When you order and pay for a dozen nuggets you should expect 12 pieces right? Again no reciept in the bag so I can't challenge at the counter if I go back. Perhaps the folks need to take their shoes off as ten fingers are not enough. Drive through order was only discovered at home to be 9 total. C'mon guys you're better than that and as a retired senior every penny counts.

The worlds slowest chick fil a. Came here on my lunch break hoping to get something quick and it ended up taking over 20 minutes to serve the 2 cars in front of me. They need to learn to start parking customers with bigger orders because this drive-thru time is unacceptable. Will not be coming again.
