It is a typical Chick-fil-A establishment. This one is located across the street, from Eastland Center in West Covina. It is located in the building of what used to be Hooters. I came here, several times, in the beginning of 2024, when I worked in the area, and I had my lunch break. During the time, when I would come, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, the lines were not long, and they were moving quite fast. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the place was neat. Of course, the meals too were delicious, and well-made. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. Definitely, if anyone is in the area of West Covina, I would recommend a visit to this establishment.

I don't eat at fast food places too often so I had a craving and expected the Chick-fil-A combo deal to be great and it was! The customer service was subpar. There are two order takers in the Drive-Thru that were talking to each other as I sat there looking at them while they looked at each other and never said anything to me not even a hello one moment please nor did they look at me. That was very unusual and off putting. Not ok. At the actual window, they were great again!

So, during my lunch break, it was around 12:30 PM, the line in the establishment was non-existent. The staff members, too, were courteous and helpful. Furthermore, inside, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the place was tidy. If my memory serves me well, I have ordered a chicken burger combo. It was delicious, since I have enjoyed it. Also, the prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in the area of Eastland shopping center, I would recommend to stop by this fast-food establishment.
