They were making some food in the back while 2 families and us waited. Finally, rudely came to ask one of the families what they wanted, but with zero sense of urgency. We left and ate at Lucille's but so upset that these employees lack customer service.

Don't order here, Take your money somewhere else! I ordered online a sofritas bowl and when I got home, it was barely sofritas everything was full of rice and beans... I was looking for the sofritas and the roasted veggies and almost nothing , so expensive and you don't get what you asked for 😡

I've been to many Chipotle Restaurants, this one here at the West Covina plaza is disgusting. They have Nat's everywhere. I didn't think much of it until I realized I had some in my drink. They're so small that they may have landed in my burrito. Health department will be notified.

I relied on Google Maps, which said this place closes at 10 PM. I showed up at 9 PM and it was already closed. No sign, no explanation, nothing. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours so people don’t make a trip for nothing.
