The one employee on the food line (young Mexican guy with a mustache) was left alone by himself handling the dinner rush. He was taking orders and restocking the line. The manager on duty (Middle Eastern guy with thick eyebrows) was nowhere to be found. There were other employees that were leaving for the day, and he was too busy chitchatting with them to help his employee. I told the guy on the line that he is doing a great job and to slow down. I tried to bring it up to the manager, how great his employee was doing, and my issues with his (manager) performance, but he just dismissed it and pretended nothing was wrong. I tried to ask for the employee’s name to give him some recognition, and he declined to provide that. It seems like he was worried about a bad review on him. Very sad to see little support from a manager.

I have given so many chances to this location because it’s local. But literally every time it’s the same set of people with the weirdest attitudes and they NEVER want to give you a decent sized portion. Then, one of the guys at the registers read the price out loud that clearly didn’t sound right and was real quick to look at us like we were wrong . He didn’t stop to think that maybe it just didn’t sound right based off common sense and said “well i don’t make the prices bro” and then looked down and realized he did in fact make the mistake and was overcharging us by like $30 dollars. It is actually so wild how off putting these employees are … so weird. And clearly by the other reviews, I am not the only person who thinks so.

I ordered the honey Chipotle chicken protein bowl and an orange poppi and it was good.
Make sure you come in at least an hour and a half before closing…b/c in that last 90 minutes, this Chipotle operates like they’re closing at 10:00PM instead of 11:00PM. “We’re out of steak”. This is the second time I had to pick a different protein. Very annoying.

My daughter drank from here. It was nasty. We let the cashier know she didn't do anything. Told the manager Evelyn she rolled her eyes when I was telling her, 5 minutes later come out to draw it. My question is, how long ago was this drink made to look like this ? It is very sad how low Chipotle has become, makes anybody manager or in charge of their store. There is no more ethics for the company.
The employees looked so miserable, no customer service, no welcoming. Food section was so dirty food looked old that had been sitting there for days, employees had no smiles just looked completely miserable there. So sad. Never again are we coming to this chipotle.
