The employees looked so miserable, no customer service, no welcoming. Food section was so dirty food looked old that had been sitting there for days, employees had no smiles just looked completely miserable there. So sad. Never again are we coming to this chipotle.

Portions definitely need to be weighed out. I know I only got four ounces of meat for my double meat bowl when it's supposed to be eight. Spent $45 for two double meat bowls when the meat isn't good quality and I was underserved.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! I picked up an order at this location and the staff was very dismissive saying it wasn’t ready yet. I sat and waited before getting up to ask about my order again. IT WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER THE ENTIRE TIME!!!! I had cold food because the employees couldn’t be bothered to look behind them.

We used to go to this location all the time but i think they hired new people recently. Every time we have gone since, we have been severely skimped on portions, getting nearly half the amount of protein as normal and still paying the same price. Not worth it. My advice, hop over to In-N-Out.

I order online for lunch here regularly and every time it isn't ready on time while 8 people wait for pick up orders and there are 6 people behind the counter talking to each other.
It's 2024. The line is empty because people want to order online. Why can't they figure this out and add employees to the pick up orders? Seems insanely unaware and it's every time.

On July 8th I went to buy lunch for 6 people, I ask for 3 guacamole, I went to my car and check my bags I had 2 guacamole, they had charge 4, went back inside to ask for the 3rd guan, the cashier who's pregnant throwed me out my guacamole with a very rude attitude and said something I couldn't hear with a sarcastic smile.

The people skimp out on the ingredients. The coworker I got attended by looked like he didn't even want to be there. The meat wasn't even hot, a lot of unnecessary fat and low meat content and couldn't even chew it well. The person making my burrito was trying to rush everything and I had to tell em to put more toppings multiple times.He doesn't understand how to serve a proper burrito. SMH.Bad place. I'd recommend going to a real Mexican restaurant. The guy that rang me up didn't even answer the question I asked him, just looked the other way like a fool. This place sucks. Rip off. I want my $16.75 refunded.
