Employees dont look happy and they skimp you so much its crazy. Other chipotles arent that bad compared to this one.

Make sure you come in at least an hour and a half before closingā¦b/c in that last 90 minutes, this Chipotle operates like theyāre closing at 10:00PM instead of 11:00PM. āWeāre out of steakā. This is the second time I had to pick a different protein. Very annoying.

My daughter drank from here. It was nasty. We let the cashier know she didn't do anything. Told the manager Evelyn she rolled her eyes when I was telling her, 5 minutes later come out to draw it. My question is, how long ago was this drink made to look like this ? It is very sad how low Chipotle has become, makes anybody manager or in charge of their store. There is no more ethics for the company.
The employees looked so miserable, no customer service, no welcoming. Food section was so dirty food looked old that had been sitting there for days, employees had no smiles just looked completely miserable there. So sad. Never again are we coming to this chipotle.

Bought Sofritas and a small portion was given. I asked for more and the guy wanted to charge me extra for double portion. The portion I got is not worth $11. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Portions definitely need to be weighed out. I know I only got four ounces of meat for my double meat bowl when it's supposed to be eight. Spent $45 for two double meat bowls when the meat isn't good quality and I was underserved.

Worst chipotle Iāve ever been to! I picked up an order at this location and the staff was very dismissive saying it wasnāt ready yet. I sat and waited before getting up to ask about my order again. IT WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER THE ENTIRE TIME!!!! I had cold food because the employees couldnāt be bothered to look behind them.

We used to go to this location all the time but i think they hired new people recently. Every time we have gone since, we have been severely skimped on portions, getting nearly half the amount of protein as normal and still paying the same price. Not worth it. My advice, hop over to In-N-Out.
