Del taco manager at this location is nasty rude, gave me the 9 dollar box with a burger instead of what I asked for in my order for the 7 dollar box then hung up on me. I DONT APPRECIATE THE LACK OF CUSTER SERVICE I ASKED HER WHAT WAS IN THE BOX I ORDERED.

This is the only Del Taco in the area, that has it all, great customer service, cleanliness, and food taste great. The portion size are good too, unlike other restaurants, the food is fresh. Since I tried their carnitas specials, (which were also perfectly made) I am repeat customer 5xs a week. Lol There is one female cook in the night shift who I noticed cooks very good. And there is a young man who always has a great attitude, very pleasant and joyful, makes the experience the drive thru experience great

It’s 9pm on 6/10/25. I am truly impressed with the night shift crew, they were so attentive, so on point, fast service. Each one of them acknowledged my existence. I was watching them all work so great as a Team! The girl working the drive thru, the Tall Guy helped cook and passed out my order, and the fast lady cook was cooking and taking drive thru orders. Observing them Wowed me so much, I just had to leave a great review.
The manager ( assuming it’s the manager) is very rude each time I come in during the week days , the weekends I usually get nice employees

Terrible drive through service. The worker was making rube facial expressions. The order was wrong. Given a large drink with soda all over the side the a loose lid. Will go to other del taco this one Is not worth the rudeness

Today at 7pm the gentleman working the drive through was very professional. He allowed me to make a substitution without problem. He scanned my code for points and he seemed like he was happy to be of service.
