This place is part of delicious food corner group before but since the group had all of those ownership issues, they changed their name to tasty spot cafe. Quality and taste of the food is not as good as the “original” delicious food corner”. The original owner opened up Alice Kitchen and thats the “delicious food corner” now which thats the good place to go.

For this place. Food is average to below average, just a normal and quick chinese cuisine that serve you food when you are hungry.

Ordered duck rice plate. Got a plate a basically duck skin and bones. Informed server, she told me to not believe my own eyes then handed me a check with 18% tip option.

Really pathetic way to cheat your customer, not care and expect 18% tip.

Also the food tasted like just oil.

With new management in place, the roast duck has made a comeback. This place is fantastic! We love it, and my family enjoys the food every time we're here. The staff treats us with great care!

Love the food. Coming from Northern California where Cantonese cafe are stingy and average tasting, this place is a dream. We finished every dish we ordered. And we ordered a lot. Unlimited delicious lemon ice tea refill is more than a bonus. We were part of 9. Then we went next door supermarket to enjoy some shopping. I forgot to mention we were celebrating end of 2023, and coming around 2024 right now 6 AM. I am ready to go 24 hot fitness

The food was dreadful. We ordered tomato sauce baked pork chops, beef stew curry, and fried chicken, but could barely manage to finish 30% of the dishes. The tomato sauce tasted like it was poured from a cheap can, akin to what you'd find in a food bank, and it tasted overwhelmingly of salt and nothing else. The chicken wings seemed as though they had been marinated in salt for an entire week. Similarly, the beef stew didn't taste fresh at all; it resembled leftovers that had been cooked weeks ago and simply reheated in the microwave. I would recommend avoiding this place.

guys please bring back the old menu? i just ate here and the food wasn’t bad but i always come here to eat the string beans and now they do not have it? now it’s all just like pasta steak etc ?.. pls bring back old menu theres no point in calling it a “hong kong style” restaurant if half of the food isn’t even asian food.. also i don’t know if all the restaurants had a menu change but this one is the closest near me so it’s kinda disappointing that my fav dish is nonexistent here anymore ?

I used to like DFC restaurant a lot from another location, and food delicious, I was so excited they opened the West Covina one which closes to my house , but recently they changed the menu, took off so many Asian popular food from menu, I don’t know what should I order, little disappointed!

Super slow. Order Togo by phone, still wait for 50 minutes. After my wife check orders, 4 drinks are missed. Do not visit this store, I suggested.
