To begin with, there are people who do not know that you have to place your order yourself. No employee asks if something second is offered. The salad plates are very poorly served. I ordered a salad for 11 dolls and they gave me bay half of the wrong plate. service from a robust boy who is attending to an order of 16 pieces and only 3 sauces gave me terrible service

I was surprised at that location because they try to automate the way to take order, total failure, the kiosk device doesn't take bills larger than $20 and when the order was completed doesn't give change return, the system totally collapsed, was frustrating because takes longer for order the food and was unsuccessful, they makes us waste our time

I ordered and paid for a double chicken tostada, a street chicken and corn bowl (without avocado), and 2 chicken tacos al carbon. The entire order was messed up. I did not get the tostada. I got a chicken bowl that had beans, rice, chicken and cheese. The street chicken and corn bowl had avocado, which I specifically asked to exclude, and I only got one tiny street taco. I've never been so disappointed. I did not eat the chicken bowl. I wanted a tostada salad. I was also supposed to get a side of corn tortilla, which I didn't get. The rating for this El Polo Loco is 3.7. That's too high for the food and service I received in drive through.
