I LOVE this place the food is bomb and always is bomb! This isn’t the first time though that we have arrived for food when it said the store was open and it has been closed. We arrive with more than enough time till close and online it says open but when you arrive it’s closed. I don’t understand. I love it here but all I ask if that they get the hours more in control. I ordered through door dash today. When I showed up to pick it up the doors were locked. There was no number on Google to call but there was one on door dash. Whatever number provided answered said that wasn't the restaurant apparently. So I tried to cancel my order because I didn't want to get ripped off. WHAT'S GOING ON

Grubhub made a mistake and allowed me to schedule an order before they were open. Even though they were closed, the staff still helped me out and made my order when I went to pickup.

I really like the wings here, it's been haunting me and I want to go back. Good portions, good quality, get everything. Great service
Been here quite a few times during the day and have had fairly good experiences. Food is about 6-8 out of 10 for me depending on the dish. However, last night I had a horrible customer service experience. I saw they closed at 9pm and called at 8:20pm for a pick up. I was told they were only taking walk in orders at the moment. I assume because closing was coming up and they wanted to ensure people came for their food, not sure. Anyway, figured no problem I'm in the area. So I drive down there, walk through the doors at 8:31 and I am turned away. I was shouted from across the restaurant they are no longer taking orders. Why bother telling me they're taking walk ins on the phone? Why waste my time and gas driving over? Should have just communicated that from the beginning over the phone and there wouldn't have been an issue. Instead of feeling slightly embarrassed because I got turned away and feeling like all eyes are on you from the people eating or waiting for their food.

Service and food is always great. Came in yesterday for lunch and ordered two lunch specials, 3 tacos and 6 wings and two to go orders, chicken bowl and another 6 wing lunch special. Everything was phenomenal
Place was empty, but service was still SLOW. Fries were soggy. Burger was OK. Guacamole on the asada fries had a rotten avocado taste. Wings were big. Overall meh.

Service was great. Food was served hot.. Employees are knowledgeable of The menu and can assist. I received my fries 15 minutes beforehand as I Had to wait a while for my 12 piece…. They said it was delicious.!!!

Health HazardI was told by my sisters that this place was good so drove an hour there around 6pm. We ordered the Carne Asada fries, hot cheetoes fries with bulgogi, and honey Siracha wings with 2 fountain drinks. The fountain drink was out of order. The guacamole and pico de Gallo on the Carne asada fries were spoiled so we returned it and requested a second order of the hot cheetoes fries with bulgogi. Wings tasted okay but were chewy. We received the second order of fries without the bulgogi and they argued that it cost extra to add it. So after arguing we offered to pay extra just for them to deny the payment and give us the bulgogi for free. I am 32 weeks pregnant by the way. I woke up the next morning with a really bad stomache ache and threw up all the food from that place. Costed about $53. Worst first experience ever.
