The food was good but it's super expensive. It was too expensive, not worth the price when choosing the premium cut meats.

Worst service ever. Took 3 times to get 1 refill on the soda. I had to ask 2 different servers for some simple salt. And to top it all off when I asked if they had a menu they said that the only menu was the premium selection they had on a laminate. So we only ordered from there. I saw a QR code on the table but this was only a QR code to their hibachi menu. I was so confused and thought they had completely changed their menu. The long bone steak was still frozen from the inside so when it was being cooked, the meat was charring from the outside but the meat inside was still hard and raw. The server rarely checked in on us and took him nearly 15 mins just to give me my receipt back. Overall worst service ever.

You can't go wrong with Gen. Consistent good quality meats and attentive staff. Only one complaint, dont slip and fall on the greasy floors. The whole place is like an ice rink. They need to clean more often for obvious reasons when cooking at the table.

Lili was by far the most incredible server that I’ve ever had. Please for the love of god give her a raise. I forgot how good the food and beer was, Lili just made it happen and provided endless entertainment. Only come here for Lili.

Food was great as usual since we go to Cerritos, and this is our first time in this location so what the heck. The Kentucky fried chicken came out burnt, I even took a picture with flash just so you can see how burn the KFC was burnt, other than that, the rest of the meat was good as usual, but Boy was i was surprised by how rude majority of the staff is here, but Aaron (not our server) attended us everytome we needed a refill or if we wanted to order more food , a tall lady and buss boy with the 2 small earrings, but our waiter which I will not say his name was the worst server I've had and the hostess were rude and it overall annoying they'll bring the meat upset and it was unpleasant and our waiter will ignore our table and our food will come late. Cerritos has way better service. If you're wondering why we came to this location we just happened to be around the area and decided to dine in here but this will be the last time we ever come here even if we're by this area I'd rather wait till the following day to go to my other location. If you come here good luck

The price at this spot was fair, and the food was tasty, and they had good music. However, that's where the positives end. Starting at the entrance, the short hostess with glasses was rude and condescending when we asked for a table reservation. Our server was doing a good job but only addressed half of our group when he came to the table. Because of this, we needed to keep asking for food items, to which it became obvious that he started avoiding and ignoring the table. We couldn't get any sides, drinks, or meat consistently. Other workers would show up to our table randomly to drop off items we didn't ask for. That is dangerous as our group had food allergies to watch for. What worried me the most, though, was a conversation I heard the manager and another worker having. They were talking about breaking violations because they would make more money overall. Whatever the violation they chose to break, I think it creates a dangerous environment for all the customers. It must seem routine for them to do so because they felt free to talk about it right next to our table. As many people as they had, it must've been an occupancy violation, which is concerning because each table is a cooking station that could burst into flames.. I have been to multiple Korean BBQ spots, so knowing they get flooded with customers and are constantly on the move is acceptable to me. However, I have never experienced this many negative issues all at once.

I would leave no stars if I could!!!! I experienced the most horrible service! To start I made reservations ahead of time as we were celebrating my mother’s birthday for a party of 12 we arrived and our server was Silverio! As soon as we were seated he right away told us that things have changed and that if we have been there lately. We said we had not been there in a while he said ok well we have a new premium menu that has better meat and a wider variety! We said we were ok with the regular menu and he said also service is much faster with premium! “We give priority to the premium customers so your meat would take a while to come out” and he also said we can order only 3 meats at a time! We asked why are premium menu customers given priority? He said idk that’s the way it is! We began to order and meats took long to come out! Mind you we have a high table with only 2 grills and 12 people to feed. We would order refills and they would take at least 10 mins to come out if not longer.

After a while of waiting for service and eating little bits of food Silverio mentioned to us several times (more than 3 times) that our time was coming to an end so we would not be allowed to order anymore food. We then asked him why if we had not been there 2 hours yet and the meat was taking long to come out he said you only have one hour to eat that’s the rule! We then showed him that the menu said 2 hours! He then said no my manager said it’s only 1 hours and a half! We asked to speak with the “Manager” which came off very rude and said yes you only have an hour and a half to eat! ( not sure if she was the manager she was the host taking peoples name in the front) we then showed her the menu said 2 hours and she changed her attitude and started being nice and said he shouldn’t have been rude and that they never kick people out even if they exceed 2 hours! After she had also told us the limit was an hour and a half!

It’s very unfortunate to have experienced such horrible service! My mother chose this place for her birthday and regretted coming!

Food is always great All you can eat but the staff always seems to be short and don't always seem to pay attention to the needs of the customers you literally have to always flag some one down just for extra napkins or etc

My brothers bday choice was to eat here but today was sadly Horrible service. Some female waiters seemed to have attitude when bringing items, and our waiter (male) took a long time to attend to us, forgot to submit our food, waited extra time for food and drinks and overall took too long to check on us. Food was amazing we got the all you can eat and upgraded to premium. Hopefully next time it won't be a disappointment

Huy was the best server I’ve ever had at a Korean bbq. This experience was amazing. The food was really delicious and the new menu was awesome. Very family friendly. The large booths made it easy with children.
