My favorite restaurant in West Covina mall. I’ve been coming here for years since I was a kid and it’s awesome. You select your meat and veggies and the cooks add noodles and you can watch them cook the food. The food is super hot and really delicious. I come here every time I come to the mall. The cooks only accept cash tips so come prepared with cash for tips. No digital payment like Venmo is accepted for the tips unfortunately.

Horrible that they have increased their prices but I guess we can blame it on the overall economy. The food without a doubt, is delicious, but the service by the little wannabe chola cashier, with the extra tight cut up jeans, hoodie, tattoos and fake press on nails needs to change the attitude. She made the increased prices experience, worse.

First time reviewing, been coming here off and on for a little over a year. Food is always good, line can get crazy at times. At times I don't think the grill gets cleaned enough, but that is just me.In regards to the lady talking about the rude cashier... The cashier is not new, been there for over a year. Also, because it's a restaurant setting, they all talk about the goings on during their days. I was a customer at Panda Express just prior to close and I heard about how some lady got crazy with the cashier at GK that calls everyone sweetheart, sweetie or hon. Heard about how security had to escort her and her son out after she threw her bowl of food at the cashier station. Kind of like when monkeys get pissed in the jungle and sling poop at each other.

This cashier is horrible! She kept calling me sweetheart even after I told her not too, she became sooo mad that she snatched the tongues out of my hand! Became a screaming match in the mall in front of allll the customers. The cook had to walked over and shush her. She refused to give me back my money until he told her too. Been coming to this place for a min so I know she’s new, but her customer service skills are horrible. Never call a customer sweetheart and stop when they ask you too.
