I'm from out of town - travel here frequently. I have been coming to this donut shop for several years, but I think today is the last time.
I come in first thing in the morning. I'm always well dressed, slacks and a dress shirt. I'm friendly and polite. None of that is reciprocated back to me, very rude staff. To add insult to injury, I am overcharged for a simple coffee and donut and then charged a one dollar service fee for using a credit card.
To the owner, Business 101: (i) don't do unnecessary things that piss your customers off, and (ii) give them a reason to want to come back. Be polite and treat your customers with respect. It's very simple.
Variety of donuts to choose from.
Super friendly Khmer people!
The donuts hole were so "melt in mouth" delicious.
As a donut snob from Canada - this was pretty awesome and it's not @ boutique donut prices

Always super friendly and they have such delicious donuts! ??
Am not dunnut lover. I went only for coffee. Even though they got good variety on sweet items. I was only interested in coffee.

Best donuts I've had in a while.
The best place for a late night snack!!
Wanted to find a different donut shop and was led to this place because of the reviews. I visited them one time in 2017 and have not been back.I Ordered a half dozen (under $6) and was unhappy to see them stuffed in a paper bag instead of a box. Ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant $2.95, small coffee $1.45, hazelnut creamer cups for 10 cents each. There were two free donut holes inside of the paper bag with the croissant. I happily popped one. It had a slightly sour taste, I thought it was because of the cheese from the croissant. Then I tried the other donuts and found that they had the same sour aftertaste, like dry yeast that didn't have time to activate. Not a fan. Had to toss the other donuts. And no, I did not bother taking pictures of the donuts squeezed into a paper bag.
This place makes really good donuts. My 4 star is because they were low on selections.
Went late at night and had some freshly made buttermilk donuts and they were simply fabulous. We forget how good freshly made things are but they were simply superb here. While the late night staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nice little donut shop with the usual options of donuts and sandwichs. I ordered some donut holes and a tuna croissant. The sandwich was actually decently large and packed, and tasted good! Lady was nice and I was helped quickly.
Hole in the wall donuts drinks and sandwiches. The man was very nice, prices are very reasonable, freshly made donuts and he even threw in some free donut holes a whole bag ? thank you sir you are amazing can't wait till my next visit to try the ice coffee
Since the change of ownership their donuts are a lil smaller, they did away with the free donut hole with each donut purchase. The flavor is not the same. This has been my go to place for many years. I will miss the tasty chocolate chocolate donut.
This Donut shop has the best donuts around!!You definitely have to try their glazed donuts!!
