Hibachi Grill Buffet

Went there for lunch.
Food is tasteless.
Sushi rice is hard. Tastes like they have been sitting there for a long time.
Hot and sour soup with a huge chunk of tofu in it. I think they did not even bother to cut it.
I don’t think they care about their reputation. Very bad food. But this place is big and good for friends/family gatherings.

So I went to this place and have been a couple times and had bad experiences so I went 1 more time to see if the experience will change and no
so let me start by saying that when I walked in it smelled like dirty wet mop and that was disgusting so I ignored it and sat down and went to get some food and I got the hibachi were they cook it and that was good but thats it and then I went to get the other food and it was cold dried out so I tried to.ignore it and got some rice and some sushi and the rice was hard and cold and the sushi tasted that it was sitting for a while and the walnut shrimp was super dry the dumplings was hard and cold and almost broke a tooth and stopped eating the food then I said I cant eat this stuff its not even hot and fresh so I went.back to the Hibachi were they cook it and I chose to only eat that as the other food was nasty and cold and told my self I have ti make the money worth it for being there and at the end I tried the fruit and the watermelon was bland not sweet or fresh and I juat ate the melon and cantaloupe and some of them as some were not good and the pineapple was not good its so sad that they went down hill oh yeah the only good thing was the green tea ice cream, wait I forgot the bathrooms was disgusting the doors looked so dirty the mirror was dirt and it did not look professional, I k ow they are trying but its not acceptable
I am not goinf to this place again never again
People becareful with the ladies that give you the bill as they point to the tip and force you to give a tip and smile at you like you need to do it and that is not nice, you should never feel like you have to be forced to give a tip, people who dont know will get taken advantage of
I dont recommend this place for people to eat unless you want to get sick and eat cold food and be forced to give a tip instead of you wanting because you want tooo and they didn't even do nothing for you but rill your drink and take your old plates away thats it

I came here with a friend hoping for a good meal, but the experience was really disappointing. The food was extremely greasy, and there were flies around the table and even landing near the food, which made it hard to enjoy.

Service wasn’t much better — it felt rushed and inattentive. When it came time to pay, I didn’t feel the service deserved a tip, but the server kept insisting I leave one, even though there was no clear sign that tipping was required. I felt pressured into tipping for an experience that honestly wasn’t pleasant.

I usually try to be understanding, but this visit really missed the mark. Hopefully, improvements can be made in both cleanliness and customer service.

I enjoy going here, but the bad part about being here is that you pay 50.00+ after you dinero there, there's pressure in tripping, and I don't think it's too hygienic here. I Saw a cockroach.

Plates were all dirty. Food was cold, old, and tasted like old frying grease. Even the fruit was slimy and old. Also, they have a notice that customers are charged 3% fee for using their credit card. I believe that is not legal in the State of California.
