I just wish they wouldn't press tou for a tip, now if they provide a great service I am all for it, they have a decent service but that's it. The food is great but they don't seem to have a great variety.

I have been a customer at this buffet for several years. My complaint is about a short new oriental waitress. His attention is terrible in every way and he spends his time talking on his cell phone at the top of his voice and texting on it. He does not serve the tables for this reason, he does not clear or offer to refill the drinks. And when he does, he throws the drinks, leaving a mess on the table. There are too many errors and I don't understand why the owners don't monitor their employees so that they provide good service. Another situation is very filthy. With the same cloth that cleans the chairs, he cleans the tables, throwing leftovers on the floor without worrying about picking them up and using several cloths. The other two tall oriental employees are a woman and a man who have been providing this service for many years and are excellent in their service. I hope they correct this employee or hire another person who knows about customer service.

Is it was very hot, dirty, the food was not even hot it was cold and warm not even close enough to be eaten and they take there lunch break when there is people who are waiting for food they got are drinks and didn’t refill them and they are not even busy

There was a rude female worker standing behind the sushi area who didn't want me to put their precious eel sauce into a little plastic container to bring back to my table. She scolded me in a harsh tone and told me "that's eel sauce" and that there was soy sauce at the table. I told her I know and that I was going to use the eel sauce. I am NEVER going back here ever again. Bad value, low-quality food, and terrible experience with this place.

DON’T GO PLEASE !!!! First of all the service is not at all good the man would throw the stuff and once we tipped him and he laughed and told the lady in front look how much he gave me like be thankful you got a tip for your BAD service. The food is not good my whole family got food poisoning because of their food. The restrooms also horrible I went to go wash my hands and was about to throw up because of how bad it smelled and they don’t even clean it was so dirty! And the waiter seems friendly to some people and mean and cold/rude to others . Honestly wished I didn’t go, paid a lot and experience was horrible.

Cold and burnt food. Not sure how you do both. I love Chinese buffets but this is the worst one I have been to. I think since they are the only one in the area they didn't try.
