First time I ever been here and the workers are soooo nice and amazing !!! They have the new strawberry lemonade that was frozen and it was soooo good and sweet !! It can be a little pricey but for me, it was worth every penny . This is now mines and my son's favorite place to eat after he gets out of work. 5/5 stars!!!Totally recommend!!!

WOW!! the workers here are so nice and patient... they are willing to explain all the menu items :-( they're so awesome the food was perfection!! and the lemonades we got were delicious!!! i love hot dog on a stick and this location really brings it! great food and great service!!

I was pleasantly surprised I could not go buy hot dog on a stick without getting to American cheese dogs and I was pleasantly surprised that the price was very reasonable and they were very good.

I AM IMPRESSED!!!!!!! GOODBYE Wienerschnitzel, HELLO HDOAS!!!!! This was my first time ever trying food from here, and holy cow, it was great! The 2 corndogs for 5.99 deal was a steal for mall food (kind of like the airport, you just gotta shut up and pay those prices if you're hungry lol) so we places an order with the woman who was there. She didn't seem too friendly, but wasn't rude either. So, I'd say the customer service was just okay. We watched them make it, and it reminded me of the fair! Or maybe I'm just used to being indoors and miss the fair so much, that this is what my life has come to, being excited over Corndogs being made in front of me LOL! The second woman handed me my bag, put 2 ketchup and about 30packeta of mustard (my kinda smart gir!) and Omggggg the batter was so good! Very different, thick but light and not sweet but not salty. It was totally worth 3+ dollars. I will definitely be coming back to try their cheese ones! Ps they have a rewards system! I just got a reward after making my first purchase, so make sure to download it before coming, you'll get 3.00 off which is basically a free corndog (:

I love coming to Hot dog on a Stick. I hold back on eating here most of the time because it's usually crowded. Today, I decided to stop by because the customer line was short. The person working today (Aldo) was super friendly. He was the only person working at the time...he was doing a great job at multitasking. I don't think I've been to Hot dog on a Stick before and had such an amazing experience.

Every time we go to Hot Dog on a Stick in the West Covina mall, Aldo remembers us by name. Even when we visited only once when he was working, the next time he addressed me by name. Wow! What a breath of fresh air and excellent customer service. Someone needs to hire him at corporate as a regional trainer.

Not as good as it used to be.... because the stick is some sort of cardboard/paper it leaves paper residue in your hot dog, they need to go back to wood sticks. And the prices have gotten high! But the lemonade is still good.

My kids very like to drink lemonade . Very time we went to any mall I will buy it for them . Also I will go to get rifle it them leave . Bad thing at this location is they don’t preferred to customer refills. But the sign say $2 or more for refill ! I want to know what is that for ? If you do not do refilling why you put sign on ! What is why I gave this location one star .
