The service here no matter the day remains fast, and efficient. Went again recently when it was pouring outside and the line was super long however I still got my food in a reasonable fast time. The rainy day hot cocoa was a hit.

The best part about In N Out is it's consistency. While I do love the burgers and fries, it's knowing that it's always going to be made with the same amount of care everything that really makes me love it. While this location is ALWAYS busy, they do a great job of getting you through the drive thru in an efficient amount of time. The inside is always clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff is always friendly as helpful.

The drive-thru set up is horrendous. There is a posted sign that says to use both lanes, but when you do so, the employees look at you like a suspect. They either have everyone in one lane, or when you are in either lane, they don't honor what order you arrived in because they're too busy talking to each other.
