Gave wrong order. Does not look like a Rose Matcha Float, there was no ice cream float. They just gave a regular rose matcha milk tea. Tried to call, no answer.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks while 5 customers who ordered after me got their orders completed (9 drinks were done before my 3) the staff DOES NOT communicate with each other. The manager gave me an excuse why my drinks weren't made (they made the wrong drinks and had to restart) but that was for a customer while I was barely ordering. 30 MINUTES FOR 3 DRINKS!!!! DO BETTER PLEASE AND HAVE YOUR STAFF LEARN HOW TO PRIORITIZE FROM OLDEST ORDER TO MOST RECENT "AND" HAVE YOUR STAFF COMMUNICATE!!!!

I was excited to try a new boba place but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two drinks and ended up waiting 37 minutes, and there was a group of three that came before me that had been waiting there with me for about 20 of those minutes, so it wasn't just my order. The person making our drinks didn't approach us for a long time despite seeing us at the counter the entire time. During the wait, multiple people had come in asking for their drinks remade, and once I got my own I understood why. The drinks were not good, and the boba was hard and undercooked. Overall would absolutely not recommend.

Cool drinks First time I got there and ordered a cookies and cream with boba and mango pops next thing my order was mixed and my friend got it instead, service there was but ok felt like she was confused and looked like she didn't wanted to be there

This was my first time here the service was good. The inside was spotless. The workers were having a good time singing which makes the atmosphere fun. The drinks were very good as well. Cute location!
Let me start by saying I LOVE boba time. I order almost everyday.I recently moved from Chino Hills to West Covina and was so excited they opened one nearby.But this location needs a lot of work. They seemed very short staffed and always busy so much so that they almost ALWAYS mess up my order.The employees are nice, but don't seem educated in making their drinks.I ordered a Blue Sky Milk Tea and asked for no purée and to add boba. I got a drink with the purée and missing the MAIN tea, butterfly pea and my boba.Sent it back and waited another 10mins and received another incorrect drink..no boba!!This is my second time ordering this drink at this location and it was wrong.I also overheard the employee asking how to make the drink. So it seems like they need better training and more staff at this location.I also HATE the straws this location uses. They're more environmentally friendly but they're so weak I always end up splitting a GIANT hole in my drink and making a mess.Something definitely boba time needs to look into!Hoping they can improve soon, I love boba time.

Went on Easter evening and even though it was busy it was worth the wait. My wife got a Strawberry and Oreo something. And I got the Pistachio Frape with Boba it was sooo good!

I've been wanting to try this Boba Time for a little bit. I finally stopped in. I can't really have caffeine so I stick to Smoothies. I ordered a Honeydew Smoothie made with Oat Milk and added Boba. Since I went during the week there was no one else inside. I was able to order right away. My drink was made super fast. The employee was really nice and she answered my question about the Oreo Milk Tea. Inside was it was clean and had a few areas to sit. I can see how if it's packed it can be a little crazy inside. The smoothie tasted really good. I think it needs a little more sweet since it seems a little watered down. It was still good. It was towards the end of when the smoothie was melting, I was able to taste it really watery. Next time I'll ask if they can not add so much ice. Other then that I would come back to try other things. They do have sweet treats sad well.
