Always love Jamba! The manager at the Jamba in The Heights in West Covina is the best. She's always so upbeat, so accommodating and so positive. She's friendly, very people-oriented, not afraid to work, and is a "get things done" kind of person. She's great at customer service and satisfaction! She's a keeper!!!!!

I visit this location a few times a month during my lunch break. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for (looks like its mostly night shift issues), but I found this location to be one of the best Jamba spots I know. The staff are extremely welcoming and nice, and work diligently to get your order finished. I have not had any issues with both the smoothies or the staff whatsoever.The only complaint I have, which goes for 2/3 Jambas I go to frequently, is that it...

General Manager, Carmen, is the best. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. She greeted each incoming customer with an energetic verbal welcome. She is an excellent ambassador for the Jamba brand. Bravo.
