Great service from the moment I walked into the restaurant! Food is always delish in my humble opinion. Grabbing a bite for lunch and service was QUICK and with a smile! Restaurant clean and brightly lit. Definitely would recommend this location!

Poor Service, I made an App order and it said my sandwich would be ready a 4:55pm. I showed up to JM at 4:52 and the manager? Ask if I had an order and of course I replied yes. He asked my name and said your early ! No worries about that. But then this is what happened afterwards. The manager walked to the back of the facility for a brief moment and then back to the front , he spoke to a team member about leaving. A lady walked in and ordered her 3 sandwiches and the manager left during this time. I was then given my sandwiches over 10 minutes later after the other customergot her 3 sandwiches. Poor Service. The manager should have offered to get my sandwiches to me before leaving and getting me out the door on time and if not alot quicker than the person who walked in. This store manager did not show any care or concern to his customer and the order that was already at least 15 minutes old. Manager should think about his actions in front od customers. His Cell phone seemed more important to him.

Love this Jersey Mike's. I go once, sometimes twice a week. The employees at this location are amazing. Jasmine and Ethan always have a great smile on their faces and they now know my order by heart. If I'm having a crappy day at work it always makes my day better when I walk in and see them behind the counter. 10/10 guys. The sandwiches are always great.

Ordered a number 8 on a busy Thursday afternoon and i could see the workers were quite flustered. But amongst the chaos i really appreciated Ethan's customer service. His kind and quirky personality really brightened my day, we exchanged many words and when i asked him to "Drench my sammy in mikes yummy juices" he did not disappoint, chuckled and did just that. And bonus points to him because after i felt we established a good connection i tried asking for some extra bacon strips for free since we got along so well... but he DENIED me!! Jersey mikes really got themselves a good one

Went to this location today. People that work there are unprofessional. Ordered two philli cheese steak sandwiches. The bread fell apart as we were eating them. I won't be back.
Came in for the Mikes Philly sandwich... so good. Smiles and the workers bust their buns making your order makes it the service top notch. Always coming back for more.

Went there for lunch today and brought home food only to find they forgot one of the two sandwiches… left home hungry to go to work, terrible. Lost my money too, how hard is it to put two sandwiches in a bag. Last time I go there….

Good EveningI've never had Jersey Mike's before this was my first experience there. My boyfriend suggested to go there because today's my birthday I'd get a free meal. So I decided ok why not.. So I go order or food and when I go to pay I let the cashier know hey today's my birthday you know it's it true a great a free sandwich? And the response I got was so uneasy and so inappropriate to the point where I was so uncomfortable that I will never want to return to this store ever again. The cashier response was" NO YOU NEED THE APP TO RECIEVE A FREE SANDWICH... BUT I CAN GIVE YOU SOMETHING ELSE FOR FREE..." The I got I felt and the feeling I got after that comment was sooo uncomfortable. I'm super upset and so upset that I had to deal with that kind of service at your location. Please be sure to hire respectful employees and not the sleez ball people!!
