This is probably their flagship restaurant since it's next to their headquarters. Everything was great, with the exception of a bathroom and soda fountain being out of order. Their drive-thru is their most busiest as not that many people dine-in. The restaurant is clean, bright, and inviting. Parking can be a hassle since it's packed due to surrounding restaurants. The parking spaces also seem narrow. The biggest issue with all Jollibees is the inconsistency of their chicken sizes. This location has decent-sized chicken as opposed to the Amar and Azusa location, which has the miniature version. If you have to visit one Jollibee in West Covina, visit this one.

First time and definitely coming back for second
Solid chicken, solid service and overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend getting the lychee iced tea on a hot summer day. Only downside was a severe lack of parking spots

Really Enjoyed the Angus burger, Mac n cheese and Adobe rice. Fried chicken is ok for me but if i had to choose, I prefer the spicy chicken but didn't realize the gravy given with food was for chicken but for rice. Lesson learned for next time visit to retry it properly. Liked the pineapple quencher and spike blood sugar i got after eating a mango peach pie. Be back again if I'm in the area again

Jollibee is the spot if you're craving some seriously fire chicken! The chicken sandwich is next level—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. And let’s not forget about their famous fried chicken. It’s golden, crunchy perfection with every bite. Whether you’re in it for the sandwich or the classic fried chicken, you really can’t go wrong here. Jollibee definitely knows how to bring the heat when it comes to chicken!

If you have not had the chance to try this place you are missing out. The chicken is completely amazing. This is the second location that I been to. The biscuits are like hugs. The chicken sandwiches hit the spot in more ways than one. The fires deliver amazing amount of salt. Not too salty just enough. The pies never not serve. Just do yourself a favor and try it out.

First time going, wasn't disappointed, definitely returning, chicken is made to order, so slight wait, well worth the wait.
Parking: If you can't find parking, I don't know what to tell you.

Good Chicken, love the peach mango pie. 1 Star off on service because it was very deceiving the way they made it seem like a drink was included with the combination meal and then charged extra for it, then said that the specialty drink could be substituted and charged an extra $2 for that so it was $4 more than what was posted without knowing that in advance. Other than that really good experience.

Every time I drove by the Jollibee corporate building, I always wished they sold the food there too. I’m not sure when it opened but it seemed recent since only when I was a passenger did I notice that THEY ACTUALLY NOW DO (across the freeway)!!
Unfortunately we arrived right when they closed the dine-in so I couldn’t introduce my friend (who’s never had Jollibee) but we took some fun photos with the statue mascot outside. Thankfully, drive-thru stays open for much later and so we did that.
Service was quick and very polite, although the worker was a bit inexperienced from what we could tell but was trying her best (she kept saying sorry and fumbling).
They were completely out of all burgers? so we only got the spaghetti ? and chicken ?. Food came out fresh and hot, no issues with our order. Portions were a bit small but that seems to be everywhere these days. Was still hot when we arrived home and delicious.
My only complaint would be the drive-thru menu being SO hard to read, font was way too tiny. I have near 20/20 vision after lasik and I still struggled to read it. I wish they had a second menu screen before you got to the order speaker + main screen so you’re not spending time figuring out what you were squinting at.
