Food was great, family really liked it. They were having some technical issues that day with payments and self serve kiosks so it was a bit of a wait. Can't blame the staff for that though, they tried as best they could to keep people happy.

The employees were rude and we were supposed to get 3 legs and 3 thighs but instead got 4 legs 2 thighs it says on the description when you order you would get 3 legs and 3 thighs. I talked to the employee to do something about this and they replied with I can’t do anything about that. If they can’t do anything about it then ask your manager if they could do something and not be rude. I went to get a plastic bag and told them again about it, they didn’t really say anything and I asked for their manager and they turned back and didn’t say anything to me, I was waiting there like an idiot.

PSA as of 29 August this Jollibee is temporarily closed for remodeling. Ordered for pickup and the app went thru like it’s open!! Got there and an attendant said they’re closed and cancelled the order and refunded. Such a waste of time, go to Barranca instead, though that branch does not have a Yumburger. SAD!

The store manager Chie was very nice to us! We meant to order from the other West Covina store but made a mistake and the order went to this location. We called but Chie wasn’t able to cancel the order for us. We went to pick up our order and Chie gave us free items “to make up for it”, but it’s not his fault at all - it’s ours! Thank you Chie for the happy surprise :)

Solid! went here from Upland. It was already late! 9:45PM I went to the drive thru and ordered Chicken Spaghetti and yum burger! When I got it… IT WAS ALL FRESH BRUH! THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE! Keep up the great customer service guys! -RQ👏🏻
