The food is great! The fried chicken is crispy and always tasty. My order was ready quickly, which I appreciate. However, at pick-up, the staff seemed very occupied with other tasks and didn’t notice or assist customers waiting to collect their orders. A bit more attention at the pick-up counter would make the experience much smoother. Keep up the great work on the food, and I’m sure the service can shine just as bright!

I've always come to this particular fried chicken shop for about six months now, but I've noticed their sauce has become increasingly thin – they've added way too much water! Towards the end, it loses its flavor; the sauce is practically water. I hope you can improve this and restore it to its previous state.
