This jollibee in Amar should not ever be closed!!!! All jollibbe menu in here tastes almost like the jollibee in the Philippines, unlike any other jollibee branches that has different tastes, especially all the food in the jollibee infront of the jollibee tower near IKEA west covina, which is totally a BIG NO NO.

For some reason, this location tastes way better than all the other ones I've been to.
I fell in love with Jollibee a few years ago. It is basically the only fried chicken I eat from the fast food chain restaurants. Always get the spicy chicken with rice and their gravy is the cherry on top. I miss when they used to have the buy one bucket and get the other one free deal. Churches Chicken who? Ha ha ha ha. After a long day of work, sometimes you just want some good old comfort food. Jollibee is a fast food franchise from the Philippines who specializes in fried chicken, spaghetti, rice, and tasty desserts which I find pretty unique since other friend chicken chains do have a variety that Jollibee does. This Jollibee location has a drive thru and dine in area, they are very clean, well litted, and modern inside. I chose dine in and greeted by the friendly and cute Bee-man himself. I ordered the 2 piece fried chicken and spaghetti combo. The cashier looked 'tirendly' - a term I use when you're tired and friendly haha. The food was ready for pick up in 10 minutes, which I thought was a little slow considering I only got a combo? It was a Monday and not busy. The spicy fried chickens are on point, juicy and flavorful. The spaghetti was with a hit of spicy. I thought it was the perfect combo. I will need to try their dessert next time - the peach mango pie. It looks and sounds so yummy!

The service I received was bad. Waited 30 minutes for my order. I guess they forgot about my order until I asked about it twice.
Food was ok. Burger was ok. Charged a dollar for a small side of condiment. Got order wrong 2x. Service qas aweful. Someone pay them to smile..... holy moly. Won't be back

After a long day between food and errands around OC my sister and I decided to make a pit stop to this WestCo Jollibee. Just your average good Jollibee with SPICY CHICKENJOY! They have their own parking lot that can be tedious to be in during the day. But since it's been pouring there was no need to worry about that and also no need to worry about a line inside! Service was good! The place is clean! & I never really see a line here for some odd reason but I ain't complaining! This is almost the perfect Jollibee! Every time I come here there is actually joy! Haha Thank you JJ for going above and beyond with your service! Thank you Ryan & Rana for the good vibes.

Really enjoy the food, however, seems poorly ran after 10 visits. They have run out of basic items on several occasions and there also seems to be a waiting period for lots of items. Management just seems to be lacking in day to day operation and training!
