Had to get a refund since the wait time was too long. Waited, waited and waited. They should get rid of the points program to become more efficient.

Often the designated time given in Door Dash app is incorrect, having to wait for them to START making items upon arrival.

Nice place to come drink a smoothie. I just wish it was a little bit less sweet. I did not see a sweet option, and i forgot to ask. It would be nicer and better if they had a less sweet option. The smoothie does taste good, though.

Came to visit for the first at this location..very disappointing we all know how we all get busy..

Nevertheless, no acknowledgment to at least greet..say Hi or welcome in..

I don’t care how good food is and popular this joint is but to me customers service is number 1 ..
Go somewhere else they have more joints near by like the one in Garvey Ave ..

I love this acai spot SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love the menu and everything on it! i love how customizable everything is and i mostly love that the toppings are unlimited on my acai bowl OMG I LOVE ITT!!! i have such a sweet spot for Juice n' Bowls!! thank you to all the staff for their help and for always making my bowls SO DELICIOUUSS!! <3
