They closed a half an hour early. I was there at 9:30pm and they closed the drive thru with an automated message telling us to “come back during normal business hours.” We were here during normal advertised business hours! The main doors were locked. Employees were visible inside cleaning while ignoring numerous confused potential customers. Close early on a Saturday?!?!?! What a loss of profit. Seems like they might be milking their time cards. I wonder if the owner is aware. We went to Jollibee instead, luckily there was one nearby. They were open until 10pm and served us without hesitation! Their chicken is way better and try their peach mango pie!!! It’s the freaking best!!!! Last time I visit KFC if I can help it. Thanks crappy KFC customer service, for introducing me to Jollibee.

Been going to this location for years. Ordered the family meal, extra crispy chicken. This chicken had no flavor. Had extra crispy in the past and it was quite good. Not now. Maybe they cut back on using spices as a cost reduction. Will not eat here ever again. Do not recommend this KFC.

Come here every Tuesday for the 8 piece special & they have $1 legs with the meal. I come order my same order, go to pay & the manager gets mad at me cause her employee rings me up for $1 Legs & she said she told him twice it was over. She started getting mad at me for what her employee did wrong & she doesn't want to give me the deal. After 3-5 mins of telling her it's not my fault she gives me some long speech & rings me up for 3 legs only. & rolls her eyes at me as she offers folks that had to wait 20 mins (I'm 1 of them folks) FREE DRINKS, except me. ?? Ur Brown, stop hating folks with my skin color (BLACK)?, lady manager. Last time we come here‼️ TREAT FOLKS WITH RESPECT MA'AM. I MAY NOT BE LATINO, BUT I DEMAND RESPECT BECAUSE I GIVE IT. Definitely doesn't care about the patrons who pay the owner's bills and employees wages. Didn't see one HVAC on premises. Any reasonably accommodating business owner would be on top of that issue immediately! Employees appeared to be "cooked". Pun intended... I guess.

Aurelia was such a sweetheart. Went via Drive-Thru and there were some errors with the order, without asking or needing it, she went ahead and discounted my order. Super friendly customer service and all around such a kind-hearted woman!!! Definitely recommend this KFC!!!
